  • I've tested Yonex's top-of-the-line badminton shoes from their 2024 catalog and in this guide, you'll get an overview of the best options in the following categories:
    - The best for comfort
    - The best for injury prevention
    - The best all around
    - The best for speed
    You'd think the winner in each category would be obvious as Yonex mostly offers just one flagship shoe per category, but that wasn't the case in my experience. There were a few surprises!
    Watch to find out which ones before you pick your next Yonex badminton shoe.

    For me, SHB65-Z3 is the most all-around shoes from Yonex. classic design with power-cushion technology from Yonex.
    Black is my favorite color. I bought it after saving up for 3 months.
    I've been using SHB-Z3 for almost 2 years now and it's still in like-new condition.
    My level is Intermediate and I play once a week.
    I'll keep them as long as possible until Yonex releases the new generation SHB.

    A970 Nitrolite is the perfect shoe for me, it’s very comfortable and protective, has excellent shock absorption and so is very friendly to heavier players

    Which one would you recommend for someone with a wide feet in terms of cushioning and support?

      If you’re ok with any brand, two options could be Victor P9200iii or Yonex Eclipsion z3. P9200iii feels more comfy whereas Eclipsion feels stiffer and more stable when landing, and preventive from ankle rolls

    No Yonex Cascade Accel? I think its the combination of the aerus, eclipsion and 65Z3..

      Yonex seem to categorize it as a midrange shoe, that’s why I haven’t included it 🤷‍♂️

    I have the dial 88 3, was thinking about getting a pair of 65z3 to replace them, guess I'll skip and save myself some money haha. Thanks got the comparison!

    Hello, which all rounded badminton shoes would you suggest for someone who had wide feet? Yonex or victor are both okay

    • @BeastBadminton1
      @BeastBadminton1  Місяць тому +1

      The Yonex badminton shoes tend to be slightly wide (and they made wide-editions too), so I'd consider those first

    Very informative videos! Thank you so much. I was looking to buy one particularly to protect my knees from impacts (had an injury earlier) as my top priority. So would Eclipsion Z3 be a better choice or 65Z3?

      Thanks for the kind words - yes, it sounds like it. I've heard good things about Asics badminton shoes from another player with knee issues due to the gel inside, but I don't have any experience with them myself

    Very concise and informative review! Is 88d 3 narrower than Aerus Z2? I played on my Infinity 2 all the time, and I wanted to get an Aerus Z2 earlier, but it was too wide for me (even the normal version). The Infinity 2 is a good choice for narrow-feet players.

    • @BeastBadminton1
      @BeastBadminton1  8 днів тому

      To me the 88 dial 3 felt slightly narrower, but I’m not convinced it actually is. For narrow feet I’d consider victor a970ace, lining mirage pro or lining saga 2 se
