- This Range Rover Classic was found in a forest in the Limousin region of France, rescued and stored in a barn.

Being a woman that doesn’t know much about car renovations , I find this project fascinating. You can count on me to follow your adventure, Phil! ❤
Being the daughter of a 'shade tree mechanic', I'm looking forward to seeing you progress with this project. My brother and I were raised working on vehicles with our father, from our teens on we spent many a day together restoring old cars we'd pulled out of fields and out of moldy old barns and garages. Our crowning achievements were a 1968 Chevrolet Chevelle SS and a 1967 Mercury Cougar XR7. His favorite was a 1957 International Harvester S-110 pickup truck which was the only one he kept, mine was the Chevelle. The Cougar went on, after we sold it, to become a show car since it was all original. Miss those days and I'll enjoy watching you bring back the Range Rover!
Phil, Remember the old saying; Never give up and carry on. It's going to be an adventure and a half restoring it. We'll be here for the journey.

We used to have one of these. Other drivers kept well away and did not take liberties on the road. Great car and I hope you can get it back on the road. I will be watching with pleasure.

Yep bring it on looking forward to it. The other half has a bmw x3 sports and wants a range rover. I have a bad hip and struggle to get in it, rangerovers are higher i told him i need a step and notorious for breaking down but i do love them.

This will make a wonderful estate construction vehicle. Because it is already dented, you don't worry about future dents. Get the engine running, semi-water tight, get the heat, wipers and defrost working, lights and blinkers. The upholstery will be easy with OEM cover kit and hog rings. Then keep it as is with the dents. Replacing the arches and floor panels would be a good idea too. *Just remember to take many pictures when disassembly.

Can you tell us the year the Range Rover was built?
Wow! I feel excited to see what you can accomplish with this journey into car rehab! I know absolutely NOTHING about cars except how to put in the gas. This should be an education!
My husband loves watching these types of shows here on TV from across the pond. So I'm going to dive into this project to see just what it involves to restore this Range Rover with you, Phil.
