[Open Discussion] What would it feels like for the chords?
I : Home (Tonic)
vi: Calm (T: 2nd Home)
iii: Bright (T: Uplift)
IV: Warm (SD: Road to V chord)
ii: mood change (SD: change mood-> might back to Tonic)
V: Tension (Dominant: Excellent part)
Hey Ian, thanks for opening a discussion on the mood of each chord! For me personally, I like to use visual imagery that translates to aural sensation. the minor chords vi and ii sound like darker versions of I and IV respectively, and less strong, more ambiguous.
Valuable comments Ian and Neil, would have to agree with it all except for the iii which rather than bright sounds like a disruption and more of a key change than uplift. I can't really think of a suitable adjective to describe the iii
