Very informative video sir. Thanks a lot. Sir I use Nifedipine tablets in hypertension when B.P crosses 180 systolic, while diastolic comes around 90 or 100. I use the liquid of Nifedipine tabletes directly in the mouth, not allowing to digest but to hold below the tongue for 6-10 minutes. And I have seen its results like dropping 30-50 mmhg points of B.P. But sometimes I have seen that despite using this Nifedipine liquid, B.P rises again by 10-15mmhg. Conditions- Patient has no symptoms of high B.P except few like leg pain and fatigue only, no signs of breathlessness, or headache. Please guide me if my these emergency steps are right or wrong. Bring some light.
