Double enchant is literally a ultra blacksmith ability. Why would it be bannable. Also its been in the game since ultra blacksmith came out just nerfed so the second enchant only lasts 30 min per shard
The whole objective of tomeless is using it. Specially for classes like Dsage, Whisperer and Dark Sigil because they're bad without tomeless againts a decent class
