38:13 Mam this is wrong. On dilution, the ionic conductance decreases because the number of ions per unit volume are getting decreased. Please recheck it. Thankyou.
First of all mam *never said anything about ionic conductance* only conductance which is different. Second it is *NOT* the NUMBER OF IONS PER UNIT VOLUME, *it is the ability of solution to conduct electricity* and since *dilution increases the ionic mobility* in the solution the *conductance increases* . Third Number of ions per unit volume is *CONDUCTIVITY NOT CONDUCTANCE* and *conductivity decreases on dilution* .

Now Z = eq. mass / 96500 and eq. mass is calculated by mol. mass / n factor. CuSO4 - Cu +2 + SO4 -2 toh n factor hamara 2 hojayega. Aur copper ka mol. mass bataya mam ne 63 hota hai. Saari values daaldo answer aajayega 0.294 approx.
