- if you are planning a trip over to Blackpool over the next few weeks, here is a short video showing the incredible beauty of the legendary lightshow put on in this historic seaside resort.
This programme shows what you can expect to see, including the water fountain, the Lightpool Projection onto the Blackpool tower ballroom building, the illuminated trams, the golden mile itself, and highlights from the many fireworks shows - including the world championships.
I have included both drone and time-lapse shots into this compilation, as well as drive through footage from my car, as well as the ground-based footage to show every angle. - Авто та транспорт

Does anyone remember when
they used to have green
laser beams shining out from the
top of Blackpool Tower and you
would see them long before the Tower
was spotted.

Been visiting Blackpool for well over 35yrs and spent another long weekend there Fri-Sat-Sunday last weekend of September 2018
Never thought id say this but a lot of the place is in need of BIG modern changes and FAST
All the Piers for a start are now looking poor, Poor toilets fixtures and fittings and all the games are all very out of date
Even walking along the front you will see many void properties that need attention an FAST
I've loved the place but I'm now finding it hard to defend the place and dare i say it..............RETURN
So many areas have just been abandoned and neglected so the future looks bleak if they don't act FAST

For reasons of speed I edited and encoded this video in 720p as it is the free to view draft version, but over the winter I am gonna produce the final edit in the true 4k quality which will look absolutely stunning (but will not be uploadad because this version is good enough for UA-cam)
was not as good 2018 and over priced madam towards 34 pounds per person what a rip off worst of seen blackpool looking some building need painting and North piar needs doing up terrible use to love this place with my mom 19 years ago it's going downhill
The Illuminations are free to view - not sure where the £34 pounds per person you refer to comes from????????
2wheels2strokes4ever the £34 is what has to be paid to get into Madam Tosauds, I was in Blackpool from the 3rd till the 7th of September this years, we were very disappointed in the lights display, they have severely cut back and they were sparse. The lights are free but you've got donation points as you enter from the North side of the golden mile not to mention the buckets being rattled in your face, everything costs a fortune. I remember years ago going on a family holiday and hardly being able to move, not so these days, it was empty and if it wasn't for the Scottish tourists it would have been a ghost town.
I'm sorry but Blackpool will need to get their finger out if they want the old faithful to return. The town is a disgrace.
£34 is a rip off for Madam Tussauds - I would not pay that. I just enjoy and film the free stuff, and yes a lot of things are already not working like the heart on the tower which is a disappointment.
