Bail pending a court appearance. This gives the Police the opportunity to review all the facts and decide exactly what to charge them with. Bail usually has restrictions on what those people are allowed to do. Any breach will result in immediate arrest and detention.

The Police officer just took 3 strong punches to the head, At the very least he was concussed, In his mind fighting for his life instinctively, If the attacker is still moving you keep hitting with anything until stops moving, If anybody has been in this situation they would completely understand his actions. Somebody else did a frame by frame breakdown. This shows quite clearly that when the man in the light blue clothing goes down after being tasered, his right hand is on the officer's pistol. He ended up with his right hand under his body. It's no wonder the other officer kicked him. For all the officer knew, the assailant was holding the gun. Somebody else did a frame by frame breakdown. This shows quite clearly that when the man in the light blue clothing goes down after being tasered, his right hand is on the officer's pistol. He ended up with his right hand under his body. It's no wonder the other officer kicked him. For all the officer knew, the assailant was holding the gun.
