Innocent until proven guilty - so how do you decide who is "innocent" or who deserves to be attacked??? Violence against fellow humans is an absolute no-go.
But if prison is no deterrent against crimes anymore, because serving time keeps you in the country you "fled" to, instead of being sent to a worse country, you might become criminal, just to save your hide.
Some father - who spoke about against "asylum seekers fleeing their own police" in asking, whether it might be a "real crime" that made them leave their country in the first place - got his tyres slashed and his yard vandalized by "well meaning activists". Only because he did not want a container village of those displaced persons near his home in the outskirts of the city. Why put them somewhere lonley, with nothing to do? - This happened more than 30 years ago, but nothing has changed in that dangerous approach (store your problems somewhere remote and forget about the fact that you are dealing with people)

@@LisaBeta-42where I am there's a house on a housing estate, we have had one convicted r*pist from there already, he was released after the first time for investigation and attacked 5 other women across the city before he was arrested again, he got 13.5 years. Recently another guy from same place was harassing women and kids, officers eventually, after being called numerous times, stayed while he packed and moved him out, he's now somewhere else in the country, no doubt doing the same as he was before. Recently had 2 women r*ped on beach in same city. This is just one place where really we have had relatively few economic migrants until now.

I have never really understood why an attempt at murder charge recieves a lesser sentence than an actual murder charge? Why should the sentence be less because the criminal was less competent at what they were trying to do, compared to a criminal who actually achieved their goal ? The intention was exactly the same, to murder someone. To me that does not make sense.
The sentences in this country are a joke anyway. Girl went parting left 2 yr old alone for days and she died, 9 years. Exactly same scenario in US, she got 99 years

Many feel the same way but we can’t give up. At 70 years of age I refuse to be trapped in my own home so I go out and just make sure I’m constantly aware of who’s around me and more importantly don’t act like a victim. Some EU countries are starting to ignore the ECHR and return these individuals which will gain impetus. Most of our UK politicians are cowards and will only do something once others take the lead, if they don’t react they’ll be replaced. Forget the WEF ridden Labour and Conservative parties and vote Reform, they aren’t perfect but I feel we at least have a fighting chance if they are leading the country.

A dentist could probably tell u if they are a child or adult. Any new comers should b health checked in these circumstances anyway. It just underminds all the rules and laws when anyone travels through airports or Sea to stop any risks. Thats why it can take years for people to get visas. The likely sentence an individual would receive for conviction of attempted murder varies on the culpability of the accused individual and the harm caused to the complainant. Patrick from the video you say he could be out in 8 years remember not to long ago the government letting prisoners out so it could be less. Don't visit any underground stations if he get's out.

I do not believe that this list of foreign offenders that have committed the most serious offences cannot be brushed over as 'it's just the odd issue or it's just the minority' because this degree of offending has never been seen with previous, genuine refugees and the much rarer cohort of asylum seekers, which has been due to the fact that the genuine refugees and asylum seekers have been grateful for the sanctuary that they have been provided and it simply would never occur to them to do anything that would put their future security at risk.
