This was such an amazing practice. It's very gentle to the body and made me feel very peaceful and connected to my embryo, while I repeated my mantra throughout the practice. I did the day post transfer, and I intend to do it daily for the entire 2 weeks' wait.

Yes - you can start this sequence the day of your transfer, and every day after if you like (but aim for 3-4 times per week minimum) xx
