@gerrypineau I have a similar setup, and I’m putting it all together now. How did you address the issue of misaligned holes between the GridBoss and the conduit box it sits on top of?
First I removed all the knockouts on the gridboss. Then I made a spacer between the wall and the gridboss, so the door was flush with the door of the conduit box. Making sure I could not see any of the conduit box openings outside of the bottom of the gridboss. With a pencil. I drew a line around the outside bottom of the gridboss. On the inside of the gridboss. I drew lines wherever I could see metal from the conduit box. Then removed the gridboss and conduit box. Then I drew a pattern. Leaving as much material as possible. A minimum of a 1/2" in from my outside pencil lines. I left as much material as possible. Use tap to protect the finish of the conduit box while cutting and filed the sharp corners.
