i love seeing this surge of “you can close your eyes” videos since i love follow instructions videos and im a visual triggers type of person, but always close my eyes for asmr videos!
Probably my fav type of video. Can't get around having your eyes closed to attempt sleeping. But the head keeps going at full speed. These genuinely help me relax down enough to then finally fall asleep. I guess part of why I like "follow my instructions" videos is because at work I am flooded with having to navigate the project without real guidance except "make it so it works and is cheap". There's weeks without any feedback. Here I get something simple to do and get the feedback for completing it almost immediately. Reassurance for something actually done is such a massive trigger for me. Thank you so much for another good video. (:
Love that these types of videos are popping up everywhere. I have migraines triggered by possible epilepsy so instead of having the screen on at night in front of my eyes I can just turn around and listen.☺️ No more migraines and no more eye strain🫶🏻
I have never been able to watch any of your videos from start to finish. Usually I'm fast asleep around the 10 minute mark 😴 This one is no exception and was the perfect treat after a busy day. Thank you, Abby!💕
Would love to see more of those sketching videos. There's something soothing about being drawn/sketched. The sound of the pencil just hits all the right spots.
Please keep making these. It's such a relief to participate with my eyes closed after viewing as Mr they get so dry. Loved the this or that game. Reminded me of another channel that did a survey questions of this or that and yes no responses etc and just let's you keep your eyes closed and fall asleep. This was so nice!

I've come across so many talk/whisper ASMR but for some reason this just became my favorite PLUS she brought out the favorite scissors JUST as I am trying to type this. Mmm.... Zzz...zzzz ...mmm
