Toga's identity crisis comes from the fact she failed to become Twice because Twice could've created clones of others that's capable of using their Quirks, but here she can only clone Twice, and not other League members
Yep, she can’t use Jin’s quirk fully bc of the limitations of her own quirk, but that obviously means that she isn’t actually fully becoming Jin like she wanted. 😢
They really giving every single person a hype moment of contribution during this war, and the main mission is just stalling for time so it doesnt feel like everyone's effort is futile.
This already feels like one of the better shounen war arcs for that structure alone.

Basically, Toga using her own Transform quirk can use other people’s quirks, but only if she loves them. That’s only Ochaco and Twice so far.
Twice can create copies of other people, including their quirk.
Toga thought that she could bypass her quirk’s limitation by transforming into Twice and using his quirk. But in the episode they figure out that the love requirement carries over. So, unlike Twice, she’s unable to create copies of the League with their quirks.
The situation is not as good (for the villains) and not as bad (for the heroes) as it could be, because an army of Shigarakis would really fuck shit up if they could all use Decay.
Toga does love Dabi and Shigaraki. She is just filled with so much hate that it's interfering with the love needs to be able to use their powers. So, as you said, she's only partially using Twice's power.

(No spoilers dont worry) First of all, glad someone else thirsts for AFO like me 😭. Second, with the toga thing, its basically just, twice can make copies of people and those copies can use the quirks. Toga can transform into ppl and if she loves them, use their quirk. She has turned into him and can use his quirk, but when she makes copies of others, the quirks dont work. So froppy things its because her limitation extends to them and she doesnt love those ppl enough to use their quirks.
I like to imagine future Deku in front of the press and there's this wild assortment of people behind him endorsing him, from the Symbol of Peace to defected heroes to petty criminals to the Hero Killer to his own childhood bully......this kid's got reach. I wonder how he would react to seeing the variety of people he's attracted, and how the press would react too

I think Toga’s identity crisis is coming from the fact that she loved Twice and can use his quirk but can’t do something that he could do. Her whole thing is becoming people that she loves, so if she cant do something Twice could do that means she failed to become him. Toga has to make a copy that has a quirk because she doesnt want to think about it means if she can’t. That would mean that her entire reason for being a villain, her desire to BECOME the people she loves, her LOVE of blood, is impossible or worse…wrong.

Honestly about 90% of each frame is like the manga. The manga is a little edgier so i its a lil better but sometimes the panels from the show copy them and look better tbh. This entire show so far is crazy close to the manga. Horikoshi honestly is the first mangaka in my opinion to not have a studio play with his work or force him to make fillers and made he made his movies cannon.👌🏽
To put it simply, Toga can make clones of Shigaraki like clones of twice, but she doesn't like them enough for those clones to be able to use their quirks like the twice clones can, so since Jin(twice) was able to do that regardless if he liked them or not, and Toga can't, plus having her heart full of hatred for heroes, she feels she cant fully be twice like she wants

Toga can’t transform to more than one but she is currently Twice and can use his quirk who CAN create others and I THINK use their quirk? But she is unable to do that stage, hence her frustration. But true I suppose it doesn’t matter if she likes Dabi or AFO enough she’d still need their blood? Though it would probably be much easier to get here.
