Some models if you don’t have a fob and you cycled the headlight switch on and off fast three times can put the car in the learn mode. I may be mixing this up with other Chevy models, but have seen it work.
Our 2009 does give the reading “Svc Tire Pressure”. One of the tire pressure readings is blank. I checked all the tires and they have the correct pressure. Is this an indication that I need to reset my car using the technique you just showed us??
I did this 3 times and then went to check tire pressure reading on info dash and it did not register any pressure at all there was only a dash with no reading. What do I do now. The light is still on dash for tire pressure.
My right rear tire didn’t beep at all, and when I looked at my dashboard and turned the key off the TPMS registered zero psi on all four tires. I think I have one bad sensor.
@@angelomayweather3544 you should be able to press and hold both the menu and enter buttons to enter the settings menu, and there should be one that says “TIRE LEARN?” and you should be able to press and hold enter to enter learn mode.
Are the sensors the valve stems themselves? My front passenger side always reads @ 8-0 lbs. of air and it does it constantly!! Where are the sensors located??
The front to work as described, when I got to the right rear, I practically deflated it to about -0 heard 2 hooks, not one. Should I assume that is the bad sensor?
@@melaniesipchand5614 Experienced this with my daughters 2012 Malibu. The two beeps is the car exiting the learning mode. This happened when I got to the front right tire where I let all the air out and got nothing but the two beeps. I'm assuming its a dead sensor. Gonna order 4 from Rock Auto and replace all of them at the hobby shop on base. Gonna run a wiring test on the steering wheel airbag while im there since the car is throwing a code B0013 also.
Here's my problem, I noticed left front tire low, checked it with the system and says left front 28 psi, I put in it 40 psi, get in car and it says 40 psi right front, do I need to do the relearn method?
Just seeing this now, but low battery message for key fob is an easy reset. Pop hood, removed negative cable from battery for at least 30 seconds then put back on. Worked for me for the past few days

Use a scan tool to reset it you can order a 10 or 15 dollar bluetooth obd2 adapter off ebay and use your phone with torque lite app to reset it it's easy or use a reg scan tool
Hi i did o All processes but i just hear de beep on rr tire the rest did'n sounds and almost the tires get empty air do you have an advice to solve my issue

The sensor is part of the valve stem. It's inside the tires
Saw another video and tried this and didn’t work. Will I have to use alternative fob?
Is there a way to do this without the key fab I bought mine used and it didn't have one

Sadly not one beeps... what a fucking joke of a system
that's the dumbest reset process in the entire history of dumb reset processes.
