Looks nice :) From the specs RAM: DDR3 128x16MB. This looks like a spec for a single IC and should read as 128bit wide x 16Mbit , translation RAM = 256Mbyte. The CPU should be a "Actions Semiconductor" ATM7039 1.6Ghz(max) and the GPU a PowerVR SGX544. By now this CPU has been out of production for years, any game you play on it would qualify as retro gaming ;-)
I loved Twisted Metal 2, Thumper was my favorite. Trap an enemy against a wall and hit them with your special. Streets Of Rage was great too, that music was iconic.
Windows 98 bootup theme is definitely my top favorite Microsoft bootup theme out of all of them. XP comes in second. The windows 95 bootup theme used in this video is probably ranked 3rd. I stopped liking the bootup sounds after the XP days. o_0

I have a similar device, you may have reviewed it the Game Stick lite. As far as the widescreen you can change your tv's display with your remote. So you should be able to get a 4:3 aspect ratio. Another thing to consider is a HDMI to AV adapter. They can be purchased for cheap and it will allow you to hook these devices up to a CRT tv if one wishes. The results are very good. Cheers.

The super console x has better performance but every console type has to be configured properly and some games have to be configured individually. These sticks are good because they use usb power so easy to connect to my tv. I know there is a super console x stick but it is pretty expensive compared to these other hdmi sticks. I can tell the pap1 is good though based on your video.

I gave this thing a proper test today, results are you can’t play two player, you can add games but cannot map the controls, the save and load function works surprisingly. Bro you got lucky with the games you tested loads of them don’t work a lot of them reset a minute into gameplay. I would say avoid at all costs it really is trash

You sure that ram isn't 128x16 MB? If it is then it would have exactly 2 GB's. ...It's really weird phrasing. But, the resolution is 1280*720 (or 1280x720). So, 128*16=2048mb 🤷♂️ 128mb's is crazy low even for a Chi-na knockoff. Heck, $30 burner phones usually have no less than 2gb's.
Does anyone make similar plug and play devices that are as powerful as the latest phones (with those galaxy “dragon”chips or something similar)? Those things are damn near gaming laptops, and I would imagine they’d sell well enough if priced fairly

Having that hanging out of your HDMI port will damage the connector over time. Use a cable, save the need to replace the connector.
connectors are cheap and easy to replace but I agree..using a cord would be ideal
