Thank you for sharing this beautifully machine. I have the r1250r which is a great motorbike but contemplating losing a little torque & buying an R9T. Thank you again!
Thanks @garybearnes3975, I very much appreciate you taking the time to say that. PS: You may find this of interest as well: ua-cam.com/video/htZJt6aHWzg/v-deo.html and PPS, I think you'd enjoy an R9T, but, admittedly, I'm a bit biased. 🙂
Replacing the standard rear shock with a Wilbers is one of the best modifications you can do for both comfort & handling improvement Chris. The standard seat leaves a lot to be desired too in terms of comfort. They’re a brilliant bike but for what they cost should have come with a better rear shock & seat. I love mine now that I’ve made those improvements.
Thanks Peter, I have been wondering about that, and in seen in some other posts folks have said similar. What seat do you recommend. What's the general price range? Thanks!
I’ve fitted a wunderlich dual comfort seat from Pier City to mine Chris but there are other good options too. Cost was about $700 AUD & it’s softening up a bit after about $1000kms. The shock is tailored to your weight & makes the biggest improvement to comfort.
Your bike looks great. I’ve been watching your videos while I wait for my bike to arrive. Maybe 3 more weeks. Hopefully the weather will hold out here so I can get a bit of riding in before the snow falls. I also ordered the werks slip on but with the black centre
I don't think you will be disappointed! I have really enjoyed it so far. As for my last Duc, it was auctioned. As for all my projects, you may enjoy: www.alifeinfull.org/stoutengineering.html Best with it!

Thanks, I really appreciate you saying that. Best with your bike. The heated grips really help on colder days. You'll love the pipe sway, too. Enjoy!!
How did you get rid of your Ducati? I've been looking for a next one and your videos sold me this bike. Thank you sir!

187lbs wet? Really?
Gotta read the comments, my boo-boo was corrected in the very first paragraph. It’s an easy mistake though, as it’s so nimble to ride 😊
