  • I bought my laser in 2017 and am now opening my storefront this winter 2021! I've always been creative, starting out as Mom With a Saw, but it was purchasing my Trotec laser that helped my business and I'm really close to opening my own brick and mortar store All Good Things Gifts. It's inside a dope shipping container in Wesley Chapel, Florida. This is my journey to how I got to where I am today.

Thanks, I appreciate that. Funny, I got all insecure after I recorded this and had to talk myself into appreciating my story, the whole thing. I'm looking forward to this next chapter

Yas girl, lasers can do SO much. I would suggest to just make whatever makes you happy and you find interesting and it will grow from there. I'm happy to help if you have Qs too

Very inspiring. I feel we are similar/ I’m doing the wood. Craft show thing currently and not loving it… I be just joined a maker space and thy have a laser! I would love to know how you decided to go from woodworking- leaving that to making the purchase to get a laser… love that you took time to learn it too

Thanks, and I agree, but! I see it as an investment in yourself. You'd spend that much in college or training. The quality and ease of learning gives you the curve to not have to worry about all the other things you're investing in too.

I was wondering how you vent out your laser? I recently purchased one, and was thinking on putting it in my den but not sure what's the best way to vent it out? Or if there's a way to upgrade the vent for the fumes?

People I beg you Please do not spend 20,000 on a laser> Make your own. Reach out to local students Trust me you can build the best laser with upgrades for a fraction of the price. Please do research take a few months to learn the mechanics of CNC. Tip. Buy the cheapest or used 3d printer. Take it apart and put it together. Wax on wax off. I promise you you will learn so. much discovering all the in and outs of this craft..... The ebay 80 watt of her laser is under 2,000. You dont have to worry about what ifs because you studied and learned how it works. so if something was off you could fix it. LITTLE FACT EVERYTHING IS MADE IN CHINA EVER HER LASER. SURE THEY MAY HAVE BRANDED IT WITH A LOGO BUT ITS STILL FROM CHINA.

Or just put some faith in yourself you can buy a 20,000 laser and can make a business out of it and not be one of those people trolling other people's success 🙌🏼❤️
