Thank you! They’ll definitely lose some color in hot weather, more or less. But if you use small pots and are able to control water frequency, for those ones that have been stressed for years, they’ll still stay compact and colorful. Some of my plants have reached that point, but not all of them. It takes time. But once you get there, maintaining color would be easier.
pretty sure yesterday i noticed a start of a spider mite infestation, noticed a few webs on one Echeveria but i assumed it was a garden spider. but yesterday i realized the webs started to go from one plant to another, and now the webs keep coming back on them. my blue prince spread it to my blue bird and then to my afterglow and etc etc. the three named plants are ones im worried of damaging farina on. so far i seperated my 4 inch pots from the 2 inch pots. and watered the smaller guys. seems as though i washed the mites off of 3/5 of my small plants with water but now my amythistinum still having webs
Ahh! I hate thinking about pests, but looked up information regarding spider mites. My understanding is that they cause direct damage to leaves, and consume juices from the plants. The pest control product that I showed works by absorption, so I think it should help deter pests from consuming your succulents. It's not as immediate as a spray, but is a treatment that is not disruptive to the farina (if that is something you want to avoid).
@@SucculentPalette @Succulent Palette thank you for your help! your videos are always super helpful and i love how you always try to get back to your viewers in the comments. deffinently gunna try and check out that brand of pesticide out or atleast some neem oil and only bottom dip i am considering doing a full submerge in just water for my plants for a few minutes but not sure if it would mess up the blue bird
I think submerging can work. From what I've seen, the people who have had success doing it use a heavy topping to help keep the soil in place & then provide good ventilation afterward.
Hi! Sorry I don't know grow light very well. I'm going to do some test since I moved some plants indoor recently. Hope I can share some experience later.

Great video!! Can you also talk about how to repot the succulents soemtime?
Thank you! That sounds like a good topic! It'll be a little later before I do much repotting since it's gonna be hot out for a while longer.
