    I’m on the bed in the hospital but my mum got me this synth. This is so fun just tweeting mobs, patching and it’s got sequencer. I can kill my time with it, now I got greedy and I wAnt one more.

    Highly recommend using a compressor with the Mother32 to help maintain volume while adding resonance to the filter. I've tried a bunch, all the boss cs1,2,3 and several others.....best I've found is the Fender The Bends Compressor.

    I would like to see a video of how you can use 2 Mother-32's together in more detail. What advantages it provides, vs combining with other modular bits or synths.

    • @VestedUTuber
      @VestedUTuber 2 роки тому +1

      Using two M32s together mostly gives you a second channel to work with, but you can also patch one into the other and create even more complex sounds, using the oscillator on one of them to control various features on the other.

      It’s great because you don’t need to know all the patch panel, so you can start out basic add build knowledge. Also it has a great way to learn synthesis with analogue oscillators and filters. Bonus having a sequencer to because you can get a tune going without requiring extra kit, it will work on its own.

      I’m a teacher. Some people are kinaesthetic learners. The7 don’t need the theory, they learn by doing/interacting in a sensory way. Pavarotti had NO IDEA how to read notes btw…. Get a synth and play around and you’ll get it

    For synth demos I really prefer not tampering with the audio that much. Sounds heavily multiband processed and with ugly stereo phase issues. Hard to get a real impression of how it really sounds.

    • @Reverb
      @Reverb  8 років тому +23

      +Andreas Steinholtz No processing. For synths we always run a direct signal, and what you hear is what you get, with the exception of volume automation. Thanks for watching!
