The thing I like with Poch is that we are scoring more than last season,if Poch manage to read the game fast like today I think he is a better guy to stick with him to be honest it takes a time to build a team and players to understand the style of play let's give him 2 to 3 season

Sacking Poch would be stupid after 1 year even, if 6th-7th finish is not ideal, but next season has to be the season that starts to show the difference and Chelsea is back in Top-4 battle.
