Well, for them and because I can't stop listening to it...
Disclaimer- The only thing that is mine in this video is the time and patience to put it all together. The original song and composition is by Odyssey, the Vocals are by Cul and Odyssey, Cul's arrangement is by MagnAgunimon, and the art is by awesome people whose names google wasn't kind enough to list. Except for the very first epic piece, Idiosyncracy, which I got from my Deviantart's favourites folder, and therefore I know was created by the amazing Yiuokami.
If you know who did the other pieces, don't hog the info, M'kay? Me wants to credit them.

SonicStalker123 I think Rainbow Dash is the only one where you can only tell who she's supposed to be by her outfit. There are so many short-haired Vocaloids, many of which have more similar hairstyles to the one in the picture than MEIKOs.

I find it kind of interesting you used CUL's voicebank. I like Ritsu's too, but CUL is also has a fine voicebank. I feel like for Applejack cosplaying as Neru, it doesn't really work, because Applejack is a hard worker while Neru is just on her phone all day :O As for Miku, she not a type (I think) who reads and studies a whole lot, while Twilight is. Luka for me isn't a Vocaloid for style, she is pretty though, and I guess it works with Rarity. Rin is a strong voiced 14 year old Vocaloid, while Fluttershy is the quiet type, but with a beautiful voice.Meiko is always drunk, but has a strong voice, and as for Dash, she's fast, but a bit intelligent if she chooses the right choices, and her voice is strong and loud, like Meiko's. As for Teto and Pinkie, what can I say? I don't know much about Teto's personality but they are both pink :O

I didn't make the picture, but I think they were chosen for their various cosplay more for... role (and color) than personality. Twilight and Miku are the "main characters" or their cast. Luka and Rarity are both the "Elegant big sister" archetype.
Meiko and Dash are both bold characters, but it's possible they were also just the two leftover.
Applejack is Neru because they're both blond. Pinkie is Teto because they both have pink curly hair. Fluttershy is Rin because... They're both lolis? Hell if I know, I see Fluttershy as Rin a lot. Maybe because they're both the second most popular character.
