Theory 4 for Matt and Tony's presence: Another reason Papa Louie is so powerful is that he has befriended this universe's gods, and they simply visit in mortal disguises.

The "he's a dimension hopper and he chooses to make fast food" thing actually makes sense when you think about it, he starts the first few games tricking people into working for him at criminally low payment and is inconsiderate of them, but later on he starts showing more compassion towards his employees and people around him: He started this to make money, but ended up so, so successful that money doesn't matter to him anymore, he just wants the people of his world to enjoy the best goddamn food ever.

Was Roy actually gonna be the worker of Cupcakeria if James/Willow never crashed into his car? Was Papa Louie originally gonna solo the Sushiria if the cat statue was never toppled over and broke?
@@KKperez35 (I wanna answer this) There are lots of relationships in this flipverse. My personal headcannon is that Radlynn is Radleys daughter. He couldve been a scientist who got turned into a radish through a freak accident and gone insane as a result, and defected to Munchmore due to his new appearance. It's said in her flipdeck card that Radlynn met a disguised Madish in her childhood, and after she guarded some burger buns for him while he did stuff, he rewards her with radish coins, paperclips, and the hat she wears. I'm probably picking at straws here, but that could be his way (as a man who at that point spent years alone as a radish with no one to talk to besides not-yet sentient food) of checking she and her mother are okay and to give her a gift. We don't know if Radlynn is her birth name or not (Although it most likely is). If it isn't, she probably changed it due to her love for radishes, but if it is her birth name, it's likely her mother named her after Radley as a way to honour him.
@@neelimavaishnavi6520 no, those two are just fans. I think in universe, Sarge and LePunch are known to the humans due to the shenanigans of the "Papa Louie when burgers/sundaes attack!" Games. Things I got invested in due to delving into the Papa Louie lore - Koilee owns a houseboat in the town of Sushiria, which makes Scooperia mega-suck for her. - If both workers working for Papa Louie at the same time is canon for some games (like Alberto and Penny working for the Freezeria together or Rudy and Scarlett doing the same), Carlo and Koilee were roommates. Oh my god they were roommates. Take that as you will. - There's some reverse Miraculous Ladybug stuff happening with two specific characters mentioned in this vid in the Papa Louie verse, and iykyk. - Pinch the baseball player from Hot Doggeria needs a day off, he's like the Larry (from Gumball) of the Papa Louieverse. - OH MY GOD THEY WERE ROOMMATES! - Wally is one of the people of all time. - Mary and Sue are dating, good for them. - They were roommates. Hear me out. Carlo. And Koilee. Were ROOMMATES! - Timm and Quinn had a divorce arc where Timm left to pursue his dreams as a dancer (as he should), and Quinn just renamed her law firm "Just Quinn and Associates", like damn - Marty is Clover's older brother, and they're the other two members of Scarlett's band. Wowzers - Prudence and her dog Pickles enter many pet contests, where they win constantly. imma update this until I posted all the tidbits I forgot about rn
Pinch Hitwell was canonically the guy who appears when flipping through people's profiles in Papa's Pizzeria and Burgeria. In his Flipdeck, it states that he changed his name due to the fact of there being another Johnny around, being the lumberjack from Papa's Pancakeria. Just thought to bring that up. AND OH MY GOD THEY WERE ROOMMA- Also I'm assuming the Miraculous Ladybug stuff is with Ninjoy/Joy and Moe/Dynamoe, right?
About the Scooperia part. Assuming you picked Carlo, he's the tourist who got his stuff stolen while he was sleepin in the building where scooperia was still under construction. Koilee would just be someone who happens to take the job as the server for the place. Looking at the benefits working at Mochareria gives you the benefit of a rent-free room, I would guess Koilee would take on that benefit as Carlo seem to have taken refuge there for the time being even after if he gets his things back. So yeah, these two are roommates
This is pretty random but we learn some kinda cool individual character lore about Roy and joy from Joy’s flip deck card. We learn that they both hate scary movies, Roy is younger than joy, Roy has memories of watching joy do gymnastics as a kid, and that joy had a scholarship to frostfield university but she declined. This information is pretty insignificant tbh but it’s still really cool to know about either way
@@emilypng you might be onto something there! Joy’s experience with gymnastics would 100% help with her being a ninja. That’s probably why she’s skilled in her ninja stuff
Ok, so for the cow you mentioned in this video, if you look in Papas Mocharia, you can see that the brand of milk they use is from that cow. So, technically, they ARE involved in the universe
have y'all ever thought about how we never run out of food? no matter how many times we mess up and have to start over, or put truly ridiculous amounts of toppings on something, the containers of ingredients are always fully stocked. We never get supplies delivered, nor do we have to spend our hard-earned tips on them, because we don't need them. What does it all mean
There is also a fourth theory about Matt and Tony that personally believe is they're retired gods that made everything and settled down in their little multiverse
18:06 I have to agree that we are all most likely canon on the PLU (Papa Louie Universe) because we're able to create ourselves. Even down to height and weight so yeah it would make sense if we were all canon.
I'm starting to question if Tony and Matt are actually omnipotent gods roaming around the mortals of the Flipverse since they're self-inserts of the game devs
Can’t help but respect Louie ngl. Man just wants to have a successful chain of fast food restaurants, even with literal dimension hoping capabilities, he sticks with that goal, using them mostly now to get better ingredients. Man’s got his goals set and will not deviate, which is commendable all things considered
I just finished watching both lore videos, so as a treat to all reading, here is a tidbit of lore that I absolutely love for how strange and out of place it sounds. Mousse and Whippa (two closers introduced in Papa's Scooperia) are actual criminals who have been put in jail for theft, perjury, bribery, fraud, and other various crimes. Something to note as well is that in Scooperia, one of the conditions to obtaining Mousse's alternate outfit involves Quinn. The lawyer character. That's all just wanted to share because I thought it was funny!! Wonderful, entertaining videos! Fantastic job to both you and CS25. Have a happy new year (because as I am typing this tomorrow is New Year's Eve) and see ya around!
Funnily enough, one of Flipline Studios' April Fools Day posts featured an image of a comedy-driven Papa's Pizzeria show. Doubily funny is that Flipline in their beginning years tried pitching a show about penguins called Freezing Pointe! Sadly, it didnt get picked up, but its funny to think that Flipline's content could've been WAY different (Also customers Taylor and Chuck are based on the main characters of Freezing Pointe)
If Flipline Studios makes a movie of Papa Louie I want in the cast actors like: Tom Hardy (Papa louie), Timothee Chalamet (Roy) and Daisy Ridley (Joy).
The first video came out right when I was looking for papa's lore, and seeing this sequel is awesome. All this information made easily understood in one video is fantastic!! Can't wait to see more of your stuff
Nice to see a sequel to this! I was very excited to hear my bestie CS25 would be helping out with this video, and with the amount of information jampacked in here it's really no surprise to me that he played a big role in the research. He's a smart cookie haha
Yahoo! Great job, Choopo! You absolutely knocked it out of the park with this sequel to the highly acclaimed Papa Louie lore video! Your keen eye for detail and in-depth analysis of the Flipline games is nothing short of impressive. We are all amazed by your hard work and dedication to creating this fantastic sequel! Bravo!🤩 Also, wishing everyone a Merry Christmas! 🎁🎄🎅
2:13 small correction: yes this wage is illegal- BUT, the actual amount papa should be paying you is $2.13 an hour, the legal minimum cash wage for tipped employees. (Or, $178.92 per week assuming 12 hours for 7 days- meaning by week 16 you ARE earning a legal minimum wage) As long as the wage an employee makes AND their total tips added together meet at least $7.25 per hour worked, the business itself doesn’t have to pay that amount itself. If the tips do not add up to that alongside the wage, the business must increase the wage to that amount. This is also why tipping is such a major requirement in US restaurants and it’s such a faux pas to not tip or to tip poorly- that tip IS their wage. Of course, if all employees of Papa were *disabled* as well he could get away with a sub-minimum wage as well (*possibly* even the $1.19 presented if he can also cut down the tip-earning wage? but I’m not an expert on exactly how much you can go below, so don’t quote me on that) Doesn’t excuse causing employees to pay for upgrades out their own wallets mind you, but my teacher sister already has to do that herself so it’s not like that’s an unfounded or unacceptable thing either. Maybe that’s just the common etiquette in the Flipverse
I think you should compare the prices of stuff in the flipverse to stuff in the real world to make a scale as to how much the currency is actually valued at
I think my favorite detail of the Papa's lore is the fact the despite making his first appearance in 2006 and looking to be considerably old, he still continues to appear in games 18 years later and appears to have not aged a day. Wally is immortal.
Alright, here we go... This was a great video, but as a bit of a Flipline loremaster, I couldn't help but notice a few inaccuracies here and there. I figured it would be helpful to provide a list of corrections. 1. This is less of a correction and more of a clarification, but "The Flipverse" isn't one universe. It's the connected multiverse within which the various Flipline franchises take place. You kind of explained this, but you breezed past it pretty quickly so I just wanted to clarify it in case anyone was confused. 2. Five dollars are not added to the paycheck every week; since the introduction of the weekly paycheck in Taco Mia, five dollars are added every time you increase your rank, which can happen, at most, once per day. You can gain multiple ranks in a week, or if you're really bad, not gain a single rank in an entire week. 3. The minimum wage changes from time to time. If you really wanted to be thorough about investigating Papa's legality, you'd have to look at the minimum wage at the time that each game was released, in addition to the fact that in the USA, it's legal to not pay employees at all if their contract states that they are to be paid in tips. 4. The asteroid is confirmed, through a Papa Louie Pals backdrop, to be the Skystone. Also, the Meteor Blastor tried to stop it, but nobody really knows why, and it failed, so that part's not really important. 5. The Xeppers didn't "escort" Xandra and Xolo; they all remained behind as the asteroid hit (although we later learn that a bunch of them survived). Apparently the hot air balloon was equipped with autopilot or something, because they were able to send it to Papa Louie's universe without actually being in it. 6. Xandra and Xolo are not "implied" to be Kingdom royalty; it is outright confirmed that before the asteroid hit, they were both next in line for the throne. 7. The X-wands are basically the equivalents to a royal sceptre. They appear to be what the Kingdom of X uses to denote royalty instead of, say, crowns. 8. We absolutely know who Ninjoy is. She's Joy. This has been widely-available knowledge since 2016. 9. Radley's motivations are never fully explained, but it's definitely not to liberate food. His Flipdeck states that he wants to "take over the Flipverse" but what this has to do with kidnapping a bunch of random restaurant-goers is not known. My headcanon is that he wanted to use them as slave labour, so that he could build up his army more efficiently. 10. Radley can seemingly create living food creatures, but the images that show up on-screen show snackimals that he didn't create. The only creature that is implied to have been created by Madish is Luau LePunch (and possibly the radishes), but everything else is just naturally-occurring. 11. Papa Louie has actually failed quite a few times. The best example is Sushiria, where his restaurant gets no customers on its grand opening. Additionally, in both Papa Louie 2 and 3, he is successfully captured by Radley, implying that he's no longer the mean, lean, customer-liberating machine that he was in Papa Louie 1. 12. The Expendables 8-Bit is not a fangame; it's an officially-licensed tie-in! That's why the game claims that you can become an "official expendable" by beating the final challenge. 13. Unfortunately, The Expendables 8-Bit is not a part of the Flipverse. Flipline have been basically pretending that the game doesn't exist (probably for legal reasons), and as such it has never even been acknowledged in an official capacity since way before the X-Zone lore was established (there were a few mentions on the blog, but only while talking about game design and distribution, not lore) 14. Frankly, I have no idea where you got all of that Flavor X stuff from. I'm not sure if you got your information from a faulty source or if I just didn't know this particular tidbit, but I can't find any information about this plot point on the fan wiki or the official blog. This was a great video though-- I'm especially glad that there's still such a big demand for Papa Louie on the internet, if your view count is anything to go by. Maybe you could do more Flipline-related videos in the future? To be honest, I think you've covered basically everything lore-wise, but maybe you could do a deep dive into one of the games or something. I wish you good luck for your future youtube exploits!
Now that I have the information from both of these videos I am going to make an extremely detailed slideshow for my class at school. Don't worry I'll give credit.

the mention of Cactus McCoy sent me back, I totally forgot about that game but I loved playing it so much during our designated computer time. it's been years but man that brings me back
9:44 I should add: Flipline has another app, called Papa Louie Pals. It’s basically like Gacha Life but.. Papa Louie. There are paid accessory packs in that app based on the Gamerias, one which is of Mocharia. There are some backdrops that consist of a zoo, and there are some creatures from Munchmore in it. So yeah, there were more creatures that come outta there.

There is also a fourth theory about Matt and Tony that personally believe is they're retired gods that made everything and settled down in their little multiverse
I've worked in many actual restaurants and nothing stresses me out more than a papa's game
can we all agree that Police in Papa Louie's world aren't the best at their jobs? Mortadello escaped twice and they haven't noticed Warp Coin/Warp Key
Hank started out as a basic highway patrol officer, yet he's the one making all the arrests. He's probably the only cop who's actually competent.
@@lordkinesis4432 that explain a lot actually. Except not noticing Warp Key.
@@JezElectro13 can’t blame the guy for being confused about a supernatural coin
@@TemmieContingenC he clearly didn't noticed it. also he already experienced those keys
@@JezElectro13 True
18:06 I have to agree that we are all most likely canon on the PLU (Papa Louie Universe) because we're able to create ourselves. Even down to height and weight so yeah it would make sense if we were all canon.
I'm starting to question if Tony and Matt are actually omnipotent gods roaming around the mortals of the Flipverse since they're self-inserts of the game devs
Don't forget Mandi, Papa's Wingeria chef, and the self-insert of Tony's wife. Their daughters Sidney and Jordan also appear in the flipverse (17:16)
talks about ninjoy and says “not much info on who she is” AND THEN IMMEDIATELY TALKS ABOUT JOY WHO HAS THE EXACT SAME HAIRSTYLE AND EYES 💀💀
No they have different names how can they be the same
@@therealchoopo but both names end with oy...
Probably a coincidence
@@LordVortAch2652 maybe theyre cousins along with roy
@@merryherbRoy and Joy are brother and sister.
@@therealchoopocome on, dude, Ninjoy has Joy as part of the name, and, as the original commenter said, they have the same hairstyle.
You forgot to mention that they own a nightclub for criminals and then rat them out to the police
The way you explain all these shenanigans with such emotion and passion... Truly beautiful
Ninjoy and joy sure look very similar... So joy is a fan of ninjoy and wants to be like her? That's very cool
I think Ninjoy’s real identity is just Joy tbh
I love papa louie's lore
The franchise must have movies or series in the future 🥺
Funnily enough, one of Flipline Studios' April Fools Day posts featured an image of a comedy-driven Papa's Pizzeria show.
Doubily funny is that Flipline in their beginning years tried pitching a show about penguins called Freezing Pointe! Sadly, it didnt get picked up, but its funny to think that Flipline's content could've been WAY different
(Also customers Taylor and Chuck are based on the main characters of Freezing Pointe)
@@spacesoccercowboy6091 hahhaa I remember that april fools (I really believed it at the time)
If Flipline Studios makes a movie of Papa Louie I want in the cast actors like: Tom Hardy (Papa louie), Timothee Chalamet (Roy) and Daisy Ridley (Joy).
I've been doing role plays with a friend who writes a lot of Papa Louie fanfiction. Both of us want to write for a TV show of it someday!
I GET FIRST SEAT!
18:33 is really funny hearing when at this current moment there are 2 papas games on steam now
the sequel we didnt ask for but we needed it
The first video came out right when I was looking for papa's lore, and seeing this sequel is awesome. All this information made easily understood in one video is fantastic!! Can't wait to see more of your stuff
Let's go! It's the sequel of the year💯
Happy Holidays yall🎄
Nice to see a sequel to this! I was very excited to hear my bestie CS25 would be helping out with this video, and with the amount of information jampacked in here it's really no surprise to me that he played a big role in the research. He's a smart cookie haha
He is like the Sam O’Nella for gamers
Your comment got liked 69 times.
Nice Kakashi pfp
Christmas? Why do I need that when I can have a Merry Choopmas with the follow up we all needed? Merry Choopmas everyone!!!
Bravo!🤩
Also, wishing everyone a Merry Christmas! 🎁🎄🎅
2:13 small correction: yes this wage is illegal- BUT, the actual amount papa should be paying you is $2.13 an hour, the legal minimum cash wage for tipped employees. (Or, $178.92 per week assuming 12 hours for 7 days- meaning by week 16 you ARE earning a legal minimum wage)
As long as the wage an employee makes AND their total tips added together meet at least $7.25 per hour worked, the business itself doesn’t have to pay that amount itself. If the tips do not add up to that alongside the wage, the business must increase the wage to that amount. This is also why tipping is such a major requirement in US restaurants and it’s such a faux pas to not tip or to tip poorly- that tip IS their wage.
Of course, if all employees of Papa were *disabled* as well he could get away with a sub-minimum wage as well (*possibly* even the $1.19 presented if he can also cut down the tip-earning wage? but I’m not an expert on exactly how much you can go below, so don’t quote me on that)
Doesn’t excuse causing employees to pay for upgrades out their own wallets mind you, but my teacher sister already has to do that herself so it’s not like that’s an unfounded or unacceptable thing either. Maybe that’s just the common etiquette in the Flipverse
I got so attached to Ripley and the carrot and then, in the blink of an eye, they got snatched away.
I’ll never forgive Papa for this.
Yassss, Currently 2AM in Australia but we can all agree that this is a great Christmas present.
Thank you and merry Christmas everyone!. 💖

Flipline have been basically pretending that the game doesn't exist (probably for legal reasons), and as such it has never even been acknowledged in an official capacity since way before the X-Zone lore was established (there were a few mentions on the blog, but only while talking about game design and distribution, not lore)
Damn why tf u write allat bruh aint nobody give af

Another thing about the Romanos is that they canonically make all the music in the Papa games.
I have to watch this piece of cultural art again at 3 in the morning for the full bizarre experience
Now that I have the information from both of these videos I am going to make an extremely detailed slideshow for my class at school. Don't worry I'll give credit.
This was such a great video and you described the Dynamoe perfectly at 7:08!! (He's my biggest guiltiest pleasure lol)
this is the sequel i didnt know i needed. thanks for your time and efford
Thank you for making this an amazing Christmas present for me, I needed this honestly!
This is the insane amount of lore I was expecting from the original video. I need to know what happens next now.
i love these videos sm but i was looking forward to you mentioning mousse and whippa’s past criminal records in scooperia,, that could just be because mousse is my favorite closer and i would die for him
The bigger implication is that papa Loui has contact with literal gods of that multiverse meaning that he could created everything after the first game
Edit thanks for the likes
I love your backgrounds and the little details you put in them. "How to waste paper" is my new favorite book
This video was so interesting, I had to stop playing Papa's Scooperia to pay attention to it! Love these!
What a lovely Christmas present! Can’t wait to hear about the 13 revolutionary wars of Club Penguin next year!
The Happy Hanukkah wish made me smile!! :) Also I feel like every fact I learn about Papa Louie makes me fear him just a bit more
papa louie is approaching
I’m still waiting for Papa Louie’s: When Pancakes Attack
That would be a cool game, but I kinda hope it is Papa Louie 4: When Chicken Sandwiches Attack! since the last cooking game so far seems to be heading back into the platformers, so why not make it about the latest game?
Wow can't believe you were added to Papa's Money-Laundering Interdimensional-Hopping simulator series. Very epic
OH CHOOPO WAKE UP
PAPA'S PALETERIA GOT RELEASED
I was obsessed with these games I played probably all of them . I felt like it was a career 😂
This has been the best Choopo Christmas Eve ever!!
Choopo, you are so criminally underrated that it’s ridiculous. Your content is truly a godsend and I wish you luck on your journey ahead
Also I liked the worst possible series.
The perfect Christmas gift, amazing video as always🧡
can't bellieve he missed the part where louie accidentally made radley when he misused the x naut bodily fluids
I will never get tired of your video format I love this series sm
thank you (and CS25!) for all the effort you put into these videos. i would normally leave a silly comment on a video like this but i really do appreciate the work you do to release content.
im watching this video 2 days late. its been a pretty bad day. watching this made me smile, and gave me something to look forward to. thanks. ^^
I hold to the headcanon that the pay is so low because it's what's left after paying your bills and stuff, because it makes me less sad
This was so funny to watch, I never knew the lore of this game was so deep, maybe mattpat should do a game theory on this series lol

Ah, convoluted flash game lore, it takes me back.
The economy must be AMAZING in the Papa-verse cuz everyone eats out for every meal
17:55 Congratulation man. Must be real honnor to meet Papa Luie
The amount of time this guy spent explaining this kids game series is awesome
I remember playing Papa’s sushiria in high school and creating a cult around Xolo after reading his insane lore
Love the book background gags, the "How to Waste Paper" super long book is clever!
Papas Paleteria just came out!!
Papa Louie 4: Cop a doodle doo!
You play as a cop who has a bat to bonk food & you must go and find the escapees, some employees from the previous entries return along side a few new ones. Its much bigger than the Previous PL Games as it has 7 worlds with 5 stages each, one with a boss.
18:33 They DID put one of their games on Steam. Papa's Freezeria Deluxe
idk but i'm glad i'm alive at the same time as this specific discourse
Choopo, the choice is simple: Poptropica lore video or an inbox flooded with daily updates about my extensive collection of toenail clippings.
No joke, when I played this in school, I thought Xandra and Xolo were crackheads and/or prostitutes
I used to think theyre mentally ill 😂
It feels like deadpool is explaining the meaning of life to me and im here for it
Ah yes the wonderful series continues, Happy New Year And Holidays Everyone!
Cactus McCoy, Jacksmith, papa's games, snail bob and age of war were my fav browser games

the mention of Cactus McCoy sent me back, I totally forgot about that game but I loved playing it so much during our designated computer time. it's been years but man that brings me back
9:44 I should add:
Flipline has another app, called Papa Louie Pals.
