I have been searching and watching pludarium builds for month now, trying to find inspiration.. and I randomly came across one of the better ones randomly on Facebook today 🤣 great build
How has the GTP gone after a year in the enclosure ? I Have seen a lot of controversy about them in bio active enclosures. Really interested to see an update. Awesome build looks amazing
These builds are so incredible, you've inspired me to build my own for my jungle carpet who will need an upgrade in a couple of months 😍 hopefully I can do the builds justice, a hybrid of this and Diglett's enclosure.
You can get bigger rubber tube at the hardware store to thread the tube for the waterfall through and it's less expensive and more flexible to ma ipulate it however you'd like.
The bioactive setup I had for almost a year and it absolutely flourished and so did my green tree python. But I did sell the enclosure just recently, due to relocating to the other side of Australia. However, I am working on a new Green tree python enclosure as we speak. Which will be turned into a UA-cam video 😊
Wow! Iv been part of your channel for a while now and the views seem to be increasing, hopefully you reach at least 1k by the end of this year even though you deserve over 50 million for your hard work, though if I may recommend, more frequent uploads may help you even more, your content is amazing and uploading a lot of videos in a less amount of time will be very challenging but I think it would help out ur channel a lot (tbh I might just be saying this to be able to see more from this channel lol, I can’t get enough of the beautiful enclosures and animals!)
Awwww thanks soo much for the ongoing support and kind messages. The followers for this channel is by far quality over quantity 🥰 Thanks soo much for that advice. Definitely striving to get more content out, especially the building ones!
I love pothos (devils ivy), it’s my fave plant! You’ve chosen a hardy one. It’ll take a couple weeks to adjust and then will grow like weeds, I know mine are haha
The cord is threaded back up through the PVC pipe, and comes out of the mouth of the waterfall (cord is hidden between tiny gap between the silicone rocks) and continues on, exiting enclosure towards top back right corner. Hop this helps 🙏

It is best to let the grout layer completely dry. If you apply the next layer of grout before the one below is completely dry, it can compromise the layer below and lead to chipping, flaking or cracking. In very warm climates it can take as little as 1 to 2 hours to dry. In damp cold climates it could take 6+ hours to dry. Hope that helps 🙏
I have a Darwin python and am getting her a much bigger tank and have been wanting to add my own background for it with a waterfall I don’t want to make it bio active just a waterfall, but I couldn’t find any info on wether that it’s ok and safe for that species. What do you think?
Curious as to how you replace the water when it needs to be replaced? Or do you simply fill it as it runs low? (In the planning stages for a build like this at the moment)
Really good question! I used an extra large pipette (can find these online from aquariums shops). This allows me to drain the water and then I can wipe the pond completely bone dry with clean clorhs or paper towel. If I needed to use a cleaning product every now and again, I used a natural product called earth dishwashing liquid. Put it in some water. And use a soft cloth, dip it in the soapy water and wipe around the pond. This does not strip the waterproofing. Rinse the suds off with water, drain soapy water in pond with pipette, then bone dry it with clean cloth or paper towel. Hope that helps 🙏
Can any one please give me a recommendation or two for a pond sealer like this but in the USA I’m doing a build and just finished painting and now need to pond seal mine is for a gtp also And recommendations please!
I live in one of the most humid places in Australia. No mould in any of my enclosures or on the builds that I've done 🙂 The grout is high quality, used in places like food preparation facilities and hospitals. But to ensure longevity and extra piece of mind, waterproofing it with an element such as pond sealer is a good way to go 👍 Hope that helps 🙏

In a glass tank love it. Was all the supplies that Expensive?
I wouldn't say it's a cheap DIY build, however it was worth the cost to create an enriching environment 🙂
Love this video thank you

nice build.

How did you run the power cord for the waterfall?
How do you clean the waterfall?
Im about to start on a build using this tutorial for a waterfall, but im stumped as to how you got the power cord from the pump to outside??
Same lol

Hi Do we always wait for the grout to dry completely before we add on the next layer? How long do we need to wait for the grout to dry? Thanks!

How has the grout held up against the high humidity? I'm looking to do this for my GTP as well but I worry about it molding
