Remember though that BVVD said himself in dev Q&A that they don’t plan on adding those to improve the platforms effectiveness so they’ll probably just improve the current missiles performance and the performance of the platform they already slightly improved the R-73 and gave buffs to the Su-27s/sm

I honestly always kinda figured that Gaijin would add the SU-37 as an event vehicle or premium since it was a test bed aircraft for thrust vectoring and then whatever major update follows the addition of the Terminator would include the regular tech tree and production model Flankers with TVC.
I rlly hope they will give it normal rate of climb and acceleration characteristics. Other flankers too. I think few here will argue that FM and flight-technical characteristics of flankers are underestimated, while those of its main opponents are often greatly overestimated. R-77 also need improvement, they are terrible.
If it coming, maybe SU-30MKM in Japanese/Britain, SU-30MKI in Britain/USSR, Malaysian F/A-18 C/D in Britain/Japan, Canadian F/A-18 C in Germany, if they were added next upcoming update. This only my predictions and I hope it true lol

Early F18 will be as outdated as the Su33 is, but F18E/F and Su30 would make sense at top tier right now, mostly if an EW mechanic is added, unless they plan to give the F18E/F AIM120C and Su30 R77-1, which in my opinion would be just dumb.

Su-30 non-canard and TVC would be first, or should be first, before we get the more advanced Su-30SM and 30SM2 models. Su-30MKI for Britain.
Honestly an event vehicle SU-37 Terminator should come before any and all thrust vectoring models imo. Makes most sense to me and also gives Gaijin the advantage of making tons of $$ off the people who love the SU-37 [myself included honestly]

As i understand it is only for Su-30SM2 with new engines from Su-35 and (maybe or maybe not) Bars radar replaced with Irbis radar from Su-35.

close combat isn't really gonna help you in war thunder, unless you can BVR, it will still get dogged on

Had many WVR fights and dogfights even at top tier using russian vehicles, so having such good performances would be great. Git gud before saying close combat isn't happening in the game, maybe try to survive more than 2 minutes.

Su27SM is practically just a mix of the 3, only the SM3 got the upgraded engines and the double pylon R77s
27SM2 doesn't exist.

@@HDREal and the US has the fastest the longest range in planes and missiles with the best radars, in game, and still have good maneuverability, they don’t need the 9x, and if they get it other, nations should get something just as good or better.
