Hi Linda, While watching this segment of you in the garden with Willow, I thought “how is she going to get all this done.” You accomplish so much but there are limits. Then, you announced that you are able to hire some help through us supporting you. I am so excited about this, to know we share a small part in doing something for you; you give us so much enjoyment, inspiration and peace. Thank you and Ben for sharing your lives with us!
I'm a teacher and one day the librarian was reading a book about a ladybug. One student (2nd grade) turned to another and said, "What if a ladybug is a boy? Then what is it called?" The other student, without missing a beat replied, "A gentleman bug." I'll never forget that. So cute. 🐞
I would love to see cocktails/mocktails to make using my fresh herbs! Hope you’re weekend is rejuvenating- our weather here in Tn is a bit bipolar ( like everywhere it seems this year) and easy to let it affect my mood if i let it. Determined to not let it 😊
Mocktails would be great. My husband has developed heart issues and can no longer drink. I’d love to have some fun alternatives for him. Thanks so much for all your inspiration!
Thank you, Linda, for another beautiful, inspiring, and peaceful video. You have inspired me so much to try my hand at gardening and re-ignited my passion for crafting! Your channel is a welcome respite from all the crazy going on in the world right now. Wishing you continued peace and happiness, always. Looking forward to many more:) Love, from Michigan xoxo
Linda, subscribing to your channel was one of the best things I did! You introduced me to a whole new way of living. Your style, charm and enduring sense of calm and peace makes me feel like you are more of a friend not just a YT channel. I could watch and listen to your videos for hrs. I’ve been binge watching all the ones I’ve missed since I’m new to your channel! I absolutely love your new home at Sugarwood! If I ever came over for a cup of coffee or tea I’d never leave! Thank you so much for sharing your home , your ideas and your friendship! I look forward to many more videos!
Completely thrilled to see how strong your shoulder is- I said out loud "Look at you!" When you were moving the soil bags, always the hardest "exercise" for me in the garden! Loved every facet of this video, esp the white bleeding hearts. Thank you so much!❤❤❤
As a gardener myself it's always nice to see someone so enthusiastic about gardening and growing nice things as you. I must add though that I think the reason why your strawberries didn't produce last year is because you have an imposter in your raised bed. As you can see the new strawberries you planted have three leaves, as opposed to the viney Impostors which contain 5 leaves per segment. Nature is like that. Because you had no strawberries last year, it might be best for you to empty out the entire frame and just refill it with what you know for sure are strawberries! Hope that helps!❤Thanks again for all you do and keep up the great work!
Where there is life, there is hope, and this came true with your plants you are sprouting indoors! Your love in wanting them to thrive would have helped them too! I am a believer in playing music to my indoor plants, and talking to them, they like the vibration! Our King Charles lll talks to his plants I believe, so if it is good enough for him, it is good enough for us! Love your Willow dog. Love your voice, and your beautiful home and garden. Thank you for taking us with you. Love from Jilly and Madge the rescue greyhound, from Devon, England. xxx
I want to see cocktails.....I want to see what flowers are going into your moon garden ......I want to see Willow ...I want to see whatever you're sharing.......I want to see EVERYTHING!!
I’m so loving your videos. And to keep this short it’s hard to find words to tell you how inspiring you are. I love the way you have harnessed your ADHD in such a positive and beneficial way! Thanks so much for sharing your home your gardens and your inspiration!
Thank you Karen! It was hard for me to let go, but I know it’s the best thing to do for the garden and for my body 🥴. I wish I could remember where I found those sconces but one of my favorite thrift store fines for sure!
Hello Linda: You need a folding cart on wheels which can be kept in your car so you can easily put the potting soil on it. So much easier to wheel it. Remember your shoulder!!
Enjoyed this video immensely. It’s good you’ll be able to get some help in the garden. Love seeing Willow enjoy herself out in the fresh air. I think she has claimed the window seat as hers. 😊
Such inspiration, Linda. Glad that you will have some help with all of the work ahead. By late Spring, early Summer, your property will look so pretty. Willow is a hoot to watch.
Linda, I recently retired. I am now throughly enjoying my home even more than I could have imagined. I have the luxury of time to garden, craft, cook or just sit back and enjoy. This season of my life is so peaceful, relaxed and entirely joy filled.
Loved today’s video , my favorite is watching you in your garden. Loved the ladybug & yes as the old saying goes stop & smell the roses , well lets all stop & watch the ladybug! Lol , enjoyed that sooo calming . I And glad your able to hire someone to help in your gardens
I would love to see the drink recipes. Sending you lots of hugs prayers and kindness 👍🏼💗🙏🏼🍃🪴🌿👒💐🦋🌷🌸 ps I just love the way Willow watches out for you. So sweet. Don’t we just love our fur babies…🐩
I need a nursery like that one where I live! Visiting sort of place always restores my spirit. When I was a teenager my aunt and I would go visit a wonderful nursery in my hometown of Little Rock, Arkansas on Sunday afternoons. It was fun seeing Willow enjoying her yard. You were both in your happy spots! I loved the 🐞saga. I always have loved watching bugs. Btw, I would’ve had a hard time not touching the turtles and frogs, too! lol
I was so glad to see you wearing a barn coat. While cleaning out my closet last week I almost sent mine to a donation center thinking I had owned it for so long and it was probably out of style. After seeing you wearing one exactly like mine I guess I will keep it !
Mushroom compost, black dirt, and sand. Mix it around in the box, delicious veggies. Farmers almanac for your area has wonderful partner plants, to help eachother along.
I'm so glad I came across your You Tube channel! I too, live in New Hampshire and have even visited that same garden center! I could spend a fortune in there! Your home is beautiful, and I'm so impressed with the way you make carrying those bags of mulch and dirt around look so easy, LOL Do you ever visit Pickity Place in Mason for lunch and to enjoy their gardens? It's my favorite day trip. To me, there is nothing like living in NH! Going to sit down under a quilt and binge watch your channel now. 🙂
Maybe the "batten boards" on the outside of the sugar shack would help solve your water penetration issue. Plus upgrade the exterior a bit before you paint it. Always appreciate new ways to enjoy libations especially with the upcoming summer season here in Texas.
While you're looking for some tables for the porch, maybe a few more cloches too! I love how the bleeding hearts thrived and bloomed. And I had to laugh, (sorry) when you were bringing the bags from your car to the flower beds. I thought, doesn't she own a cart or wagon and wouldn't that have been easier? Loved seeing Willow enjoying a good rolling in the grass and enjoying a Spring day. Loved your quote at the end of your video too. Happy Spring and Happy Gardening! 🌱🌷🌱
Hey do you realize you. Don’t huff and puff walking across the yard. Good for you I’m a lot older then you and I’ve slowed down so much You’re such a joy to visit with.
I'm a Connecticuter. Looking forward to your video visit of my home State! When I saw you carrying each load of soil/compost and the cart near your car, I assumed that that this was part of a bodybuilding weight workout!
You can do t! I have been learing how to garden in IL 5b, the last few years, after spending all my life in Southern California. I have found the espoma organic amendments, compost, and mulch are really improving our property.
Willow looks out the window and he is thinking of his fun time at all the neighbors places. I can’t wait so see the garden work finished. Thanks for a great video wish you did more each week.
It’s so nice the nursery offers free snacks! A very nice extra for shopping there. If you share the decoupage, please share a source for the bee napkins you used. I’m a bit obsessed w anything bees and would love to make this 🥰
So glad u r getting outside help. For the first two years after my husband died, I thought I could keep up both inside and outside. WRONG. I FINALLY GOT SOME HELP BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. I have my husbands golf cart with a dump cart and I use it all the time to lug heavy bags. I think u need one. Watch your shoulders. Take care
Morning Linda😊 What a lovely thing to do with your daughter! Also-I LOVE the shop the two of you visited, SO much to see! If you think your soil could use more amending using Biotone from Espoma might help. For gardening info I would suggest following Garden Answer 😊! There is a WEALTH of information about all aspects of gardening that isn’t just specific to Ontario Oregon. I have been watching the channel for nearly 5 years now, I often go back and watch old videos to remind myself of things I might have forgotten. I have NEVER had a better experience gardening prior to watching GA. Give it a try, I think you would enjoy it! PS Have you considered using mulch that is totally ground or even compost for mulch 🤔!
I’ve had a couple people mention the bio town to meet here recently and I believe I also heard it on garden answer. I learn so much watching that show.
Speaking of turtles, ; > ) my kids had one of those pond sliders for 13 years and let him wander all over the house. He got quite big. One morning, with the kitchen door open, he decided he'd had enough of humans and made a run for the river. He was quite the conversation piece for visitors!
Ah, this why we buy those L.L. Bean barn coats! We can just throw them in the wash! When I lived in the Hudson River Valley, many years ago, I used to take an annual late winter trip to a large greenhouse. It always served it's purpose - to remind me that winter wouldn't last forever, and give me a much needed dose of green. Looks like your porch is the perfect place for that!
😊Linda I just love your channel! We live on some acreage just south of the Central Ohio area. We added a sunroom to our century old farmhouse and I was wondering what kind of heat you have on your porch that would allow you to utilize it as a greenhouse. Ours is too cold to use as living space in the winter months and though it has a southern exposure we have many overcast days.
A lot of the house is forced hot air and they did put in two registers in the floor of the porch. So though it does get super cold on very cold days, it’s never as cold as the outside.
I am excited to follow your future garden shed project! I too have an extra building on my property and would love to do something similar. Such a creative being you are and we enjoy your efforts! Love your new resident Lady Bug!
Hi Linda, While watching this segment of you in the garden with Willow, I thought “how is she going to get all this done.” You accomplish so much but there are limits. I am so excited about this, to know we share a small part in doing something for you; you give us so much enjoyment, inspiration and peace. Thank you and Ben for sharing your lives with us!
I am wondering why you didn't drive the truck over to where you are going to work and unload the bags there.
I'm a teacher and one day the librarian was reading a book about a ladybug. One student (2nd grade) turned to another and said, "What if a ladybug is a boy? Then what is it called?" The other student, without missing a beat replied, "A gentleman bug." I'll never forget that. So cute. 🐞
While looking up if there ate make ladybugs, it did say some call them that. How cute 😊
Loved your comment, “Let’s get real” about the bears. You are so authentic and real. That’s why we all love you and keep coming back to your channel.
I would love to see cocktails/mocktails to make using my fresh herbs! Hope you’re weekend is rejuvenating- our weather here in Tn is a bit bipolar ( like everywhere it seems this year) and easy to let it affect my mood if i let it. Determined to not let it 😊
❤
I’m up for cocktails and mocktails using herbs
I love how you support local businesses on your channel, this nursery is an excellent recommendation!
❤
Love how you and your stepdaughter enjoyed time together at the nursery!
Mocktails would be great. My husband has developed heart issues and can no longer drink. I’d love to have some fun alternatives for him. Thanks so much for all your inspiration!
❤
Happiness is sharing time with Linda. Thank you 😊
Hi Linda, You have the best looking laundry room that I have ever seen. Just a beautiful, unique design.
Thanks for sharing your gracious living style with us!
Love your little helper Willow!! Love your home and beautiful property ❤
Those bleeding hearts are amazing!
Thank you, Linda, for another beautiful, inspiring, and peaceful video. You have inspired me so much to try my hand at gardening and re-ignited my passion for crafting! I’m so glad you got some help. You have a lot of energy and a lot of determination. I love your videos. ❤
I totally believe in the soul's journey. Beautiful work as usual.
Completely thrilled to see how strong your shoulder is- I said out loud "Look at you!" When you were moving the soil bags, always the hardest "exercise" for me in the garden! Loved every facet of this video, esp the white bleeding hearts. Thank you so much!❤❤❤

Yes to cocktail and especially mocktails! Now to your sugar shack, board and batten the inside, I like that. OH I LOVE THAT GARDEN TOOL MAKEOVER!
Where there is life, there is hope, and this came true with your plants you are sprouting indoors! Your love in wanting them to thrive would have helped them too! Thank you Sue. That is very sweet of you to say. Hugs!
☝🏼Cocktails Please!
Thank you Linda!! 💖
So glad you are getting help. You have a lot going on sister!
Linda so happy you hired helpers to help you create a “more” beautiful garden💐💐💐💐💐💐💐
It was so good to hear that you are getting help with all your gardening. I simply love those sconces over your fireplace. They just belong there. 😊

I was so tempted to touch them! 😁
YES Cocktails!!!
Do I sound like a lush? 😂
As for the gaps in your shed walls...how about battens on the outside? "Board and batten"? It would look like its always been, after its painted.
Those bleeding hearts are beautiful. I love the white.
Loved the Lady bug parable!!! Thanks gardens are looking great!!
I was so glad to see you wearing a barn coat. While cleaning out my closet last week I almost sent mine to a donation center thinking I had owned it for so long and it was probably out of style. After seeing you wearing one exactly like mine I guess I will keep it !
I love wearing mine! It cleans up so well too.
Yes, bring on the cocktail & mocktails 🎉😁
Mushroom compost, black dirt, and sand. Mix it around in the box, delicious veggies. Farmers almanac for your area has wonderful partner plants, to help eachother along.
Thank you!
You are inspiring me to go buy some more mint! Your kitchen is looking so lovely, adding the fireplace and windows was truly brilliant.
Thank you Julie!
I love my Gorilla cart. You might cut your workload down. Love all you share with us!! Thank you!!
I'm so glad I came across your You Tube channel! I too, live in New Hampshire and have even visited that same garden center! I could spend a fortune in there! Definitely mock-tails!!!! I have alot of those mints. Looking for strawberry mint this year!
Lady bugs are known as "Lady Birds" in Great Britian !
As a possible fix for the gaps in the barn siding, could you simply add some vertical battens? What a beautiful old structure.
Linda, you make my soul happy.
That makes me happy! Thank you for letting me know.
Thank you so much for sharing this video!
I always look forward to them!
Happy Sunday!
❤
Thank you for all your videos you show us. I’ve been a subscriber for years it’s a favorite channel 😘❤️🐞 ❤️🐞❤️🐞
Thank you I appreciate your watching!
Maybe the "batten boards" on the outside of the sugar shack would help solve your water penetration issue. Plus upgrade the exterior a bit before you paint it. Always appreciate new ways to enjoy libations especially with the upcoming summer season here in Texas.
I’m liking that idea!

HI! Yes, I have a cart, wheel barrow, a gator, and a hubby. I carry, lift, and walk for a workout. ;-)
You work so hard
I love everything you do
Yay glad we could help you out lol
You give us all much joy
Your inspiration is wonderful
Such kind words, thank you so much Joann
Your videos are hands down my favorite! Thank you for the beauty you share with us! 💐
Thank you so much Julie!
Hey do you realize you. Don’t huff and puff walking across the yard. Good for you I’m a lot older then you and I’ve slowed down so much You’re such a joy to visit with.
I enjoyed this video. I did find on Google that there ate male Ladybugs, they are actually smaller than female ones.
I love your videos! Willow your dog is precious.
Good Morning, Linda! Enjoyed your video today. So glad you can get some help! With a property that large you need it!!❤
❤ from GA!
Hi Judith. Thank you!
I kept thinking - get a wheelbarrow and make one trip! Lol!!
It was right there. I kept walking by it. 🙃
Well, you accomplished a lot. Good job.
☀️I liked your idea. My mom painted the handles of everything red 😅
I'm a Connecticuter. Looking forward to your video visit of my home State! When I saw you carrying each load of soil/compost and the cart near your car, I assumed that that this was part of a bodybuilding weight workout!
Your area is beautiful! Yes, I was working out. :-)
Thank you for all that you share. I enjoy your videos and you inspire me. I would thoroughly enjoy seeing your cocktails and cocktails.
I would love to see both cocktails/mocktails. 😊
Linda, my hope is someday you will be able to find a craftsman who can reproduce those gorgeous bar stools!
Wouldn't that be amazing! I have searched with the same hopes and no luck.
First time I’ve seen the laundry area looks great
Thank you!
I can't wait to see how you decorate the red shed. Add a mini frig & microwave so you can hang out if you get tired while working.🌷🌻⚘️🪻🌹
I like your thinking lol
Love your choice of music Linda. :) You had a productive day. I didn't realize bears were also in your area. Yikes!
Thank you Candy! Yes, to bears, and all other kinds of country mountain animals 😳
Enjoyed your video it was so peaceful.
Yes, please to cocktail/mocktail recipes!
You can do t! I have been learing how to garden in IL 5b, the last few years, after spending all my life in Southern California. I have found the espoma organic amendments, compost, and mulch are really improving our property.
I love hearing that thank you!
I do enjoy your videos. You have a beautiful home .
Willow looks out the window and he is thinking of his fun time at all the neighbors places. I can’t wait so see the garden work finished. Thanks for a great video wish you did more each week.
Make sure it’s a ladybug and not an Asian beetle. I couldn’t get a good look. AB have an M behind their head.
The garden store looked so charming.
Good exercise but I have to say this is why we got a gator to help with chores around the property. 😊
❤
It’s so nice the nursery offers free snacks! A very nice extra for shopping there. If you share the decoupage, please share a source for the bee napkins you used. I’m a bit obsessed w anything bees and would love to make this 🥰
I’m trying to remember what napkin brand it was. It might’ve been Caspari. If I can find the old how to video hopefully I show the packaging.
I put a lot of lavender and made little bags in my house and it spells great.
That's wonderful!
Take care
Would love to see you make some cocktails!
It’s funny that you just said that you really don’t need the gym. I was just thinking the same thing. 😂
Thank You again for a great mental health break! You are so clever and fun!
Morning Linda😊
What a lovely thing to do with your daughter!
Try the “ board & baton” style on the outside may look good and stop the weather from coming in the red shed
We will most likely do something like that. Thank you for your input!
Very nice video! I enjoyed watching -- thank you for making this!
You’re welcome and thank you so much for watching!
Your videos are so relaxing to watch❤…..I just planted some eversweet berries so I am anxious to see how yours do. So please keep us updated!!
I look forward to your channel. Seeing the flowers makes me relax.😊
Doesn’t getting out in the garden just make you live springtime!!! Love the video!!!
Gardening is one of my therapies for sure!
Thank you!
I always thought you had so much land and gardens to deal with! I am so happy that watching something I enjoy so much is helping you!
That garden table would be gorgeous in your kitchen, with some paint.
Thank you for your acknowledgement, but I am grateful to you for all the effort you put into your videos so we can enjoy them. So grateful🙏
Thank you!
I grew strawberry mint last year and would crush some to put in my iced tea. Delicious! Oh...get yourself a gorilla cart. Worth every penny. 😉
I’m looking forward to trying that strawberry mint with the ice tea like you mentioned!
I am excited to follow your future garden shed project! I too have an extra building on my property and would love to do something similar. Such a creative being you are and we enjoy your efforts! Love your new resident Lady Bug!
Linda use battens on the outside of your shed to weather proof it. Great video.
Hi Linda! I enjoyed my visit as always. Willow is so precious. :)
