Having beast claws on either hand removes the gauntlets on the other, or both if you two hand something else with the claws on the side.
Theres so much broken shit but beast claws removing gloves is not one, now no one can see whatever ugly gloves i picked to fill up my weight limit

That grab attack holy weapon you using can still be used to attack even if you dont grab someone you can make spikes come up from the ground if you dont hint anything.
Was just gonna say this, I found out when testing the weapon in a duel with friend I missed the grab and accidentally hit the button again as he ran up , he died

I would love to see you use the lizard greatsword. It’s just funny swinging a stone lizard at people and the heavy shoots it’s tongue. I feel it just fits for you where you love damage but also funny.

They have done this on purpose. They had two years to make sure everyone could troll each other properly with these new weapons!
I'm gonna be 100% honest here, i see a lot of people complaining about those new very flashy weapons with crazy movesets and aows but apart from that one bloodhoundstep+waterfowl abomination, i personally don't see it since a lot of them don't have a lot of hyperarmor and don't do a lot of poise damage.
One of the most evil (regular) weapons i've discovered this far probably has to be the Pata. It's literally just the clinging bone but twice as long (longer than some straightswords) and with changeable aows... It's actually hilarious how easy it is to run someone down with those things and that's after they nerfed all fist weapons (no wonder tbh)

Fire knight greatsword kinda op too tho. Literally r1 to r1 true combo most of the time without having to move camera like godslayer greatsword.
@@bullymcdouble6048 That will most likely be patched tho, as well as the swift slash thingy (you can jump and parry that btw but it only works on a good connection).
Only way to fix Pata is by either making them shorter (ain't gonna happen) or by absolutely nerfing all fist weapons into the ground (i hope that won't happen)
I slapped Stormcaller on the Great Katana on a whim and I was surprised at how well it performed. The running r1 feels good for catching people with as they roll away, and with the new talisman that buffs storm skills it does tons of damage and bleed. I'm sure there are more optimal weapon arts out there, but being able to catch a host and his phantom in a death tornado is really nice.
I'm pretty sure Mida's thingy is also buffed by the Dagger Talisman, just like Lifesteal Fist
So its a one shot machine ?

Midras sword has an aoe follow up if you miss the grab which makes the spikes appear in an area around you.
When using the Great Katana, Backstep while charging a heavy to do an attack while stepping back.

8:45 Oh it definitely is. Specimen storeroom has all the making of an amazing location to invade. Lots of corners and verticality, with some incredibly useful and strong Mobs.

Specimen Storeroom and Belurat in general is filled with vertical sniping positions. The new cannon was practically made to make people mald in those areas.
I remember sneaking up on three players, placing down the rolling spark ash of war, and just insta-killing all of them

I'm still only a short ways into the DLC, but I'm loving it (loading times aside)! So many new weapons to try out, checking in with my friends to see what they've found or what's giving them trouble...it's all so fresh!

I've been using the fire knight greatsword a lot and invading as Giant dad (as best I can with the armour) and its been a blast. Its silly strong with the right build. also someone threw themselves off a cliff and left the host by them selves when they saw me approach, he must got ptsd from ds1 or something.
with the intro fight i think since the weapon art hit them both somehow, they were linked together after it finished causing them both to die when you killed one, thats just my theory tho

ive been running around with the Carian Thrusting Shield, and I haven't lost a single PVP with it, it's so stupid xD

Arcane cashed in big with this dlc, even with the nerfs on status procs. The sheer amounts of powerful weapon and ashes of war it can take advantage of is insane.
Hey Lost! I’ve made a discovery that I think you will like because it’s goofy and really out of pocket. The ash of war “the poison flower blooms twice” is really good, but it does a shit ton of damage against things that are already poisoned or rotted. So a build you could do might use the beast claws or something to proc poison and then use the poison flower blooms twice to finish them. I haven’t tried it myself but I thought you might like the idea. @Lost

I wanna try invasions, but I never know what level to try to do it at, seeing as I am realitively new to elden ring, and everyone online says 150 is the usual range, but I am not sure
Lost I think you need to do a build on the bloodfiends’ arm colossal weapon infused with bleed. If you hit 80 arcane, it does 200 bleed buildup PER HIT. ON A COLOSSAL WEAPON.
Since it's a grab attack, do you think maybe the crit talisman would make it stronger?
Have you tried the new perfumes with the line attack Ash of War? If you aim down you can practically 1 shot everything, combined with oil it’s dirty and probably getting nerfed

Hey lost, i've been experimenting a little with frenzy perfume and with the right setup u can basically one-shot (and I mean it) everyone, the only requirement is the other perfum ash of war (sparkle something I think the name was) along with some buff and your good to go just aim at the ground and watch them burn into ash towards the lord of frenzy lol
U should definitly try it it is absurdely fun along a frenzy build
I was powerstancing perfumes yesterday and the frenzy ones are insane
Big sunflower has been my main since i got it
Try putting Rolling Sparks on the madness perfume, it can one-shot people
I definitely like the ancient meteoric ore greatsword (holy shit is that weapons name a mouthful). I like to call it the dopamine induceomatic 9000.
I love watching these but have to admit, I’m nearly always hoping that the host wins because I hate it when I’m invaded 😂. But you’re so entertaining to watch!

This was one of my top places to invade today. People talking about staying at lvl 150 but the 200-250 is popping lately. Its immediate invasions back to back for me
I've have a level 80 and 138 in the dlc and both find constant invasions
Every level range is, my 450 has them back to back literally everywhere I go lol
the thrusting shields literally carried me through the last boss, not even joking. Being able to shield poke with 76 guard stability AND being unstaggerable is absurd.
That shield you can throw at people is actually broken though

The whole goal it to me nimble enough to evade attacks with backstepping and rolls while using the shield to hit from afar. Unironically, the perfume is for defense and shield for offense. Also, the shield is perfect for mages and people who like to run.

I don't see anyone else using the Gazing Finger, but that thing is disgustingly strong in pvp. Especially as a quick weapon swap! The AoW is ridiculously strong AND it's a knock-up!

These new weapons are so cool it almost makes me sad that you have to kill Mohg to get them, I want to use some of these weapons for my entire playthrough. I just found that pata today and they look like they're gonna be nuts
You can kill Mogh with +0 weapons and no magic with the right cheese setup. Get his shackle, dual wield any bleed weapons (or use either blood grease or bloodflame blades on a set of claws), and shackle him down twice while spamming bleed because for some reason he's ironically weak to the status he spams. After the shackles is him just standing and doing his long asf countdown which let's you wail on him for free to just bleed/DPS race him down.
Honestly, i can see a lot of invaders killing him like this with low-mid level chars to rush DLC gear to invade with. After all, now all the overleveled password summons have said DLC gear too so the arms race must continue.
with the right talismans (and rakshasha armor) you can do like 2k damage on heavy armor players with that thing.
dagger talisman, alexander shard, two-hander talisman (it's new), and rakshasha armor. absolute vigor check.

Of all the weapons, the most OP in my opinion is the discus. Why? It's fast, it has tracking and can stagger. I ran into a gank squad using nothing but the discuses, and it was worse than any Stars of Ruin spam squad I've ever encountered. You can throw it and roll away pretty much every single time, kiting your opponent while spamming the throw. It's beyond bonkers how broken it is.

you mightve found it but its a remembrance weapon from a secret-ish boss you can get to through the shadow keep church district (being vague just in case)
