Bro im glad you didnt get the full exhaust system because a lot of people dont know that the IPL Infiniti G37 has an H-Pipe which is the best exhaust system that infiniti has ever produced on a car. The piping is big and designed perfectly and it produces no rasp and it actually increase the performance of the IPL G37 which is why it has an H-Pipe. In other words nothing aftermarket would have been as good as the OEM H-Pipe.
Would you recommend this exhaust for an IPL? I'm a new owner of a IPL, i like the sound of it but i just want it to be louder, but i don't want to get a muffler delete and lose any power.
@@lukelueder6887 I have it installed on my Hybrid Q50 and all you need are some good axle backs. I’m using the Infiniti Helmholtz axle back as there really loud and produce a perfect note with no drone.
I have an IPL too with these and had to buy a box of sound deadening and put some under the trunk carpet and back seats. The drone on the highway got old fast.
No way the drone is that bad? 💀 looking in to an axleback but everyone says rev9 is the most drone
Mine came the same way. The hardware package was already ripped off. I took them off after using for about a month and when back to my stock Fujitsubo exhaust. The droning is insane but it sounds pretty nice on cold start.

Can you do a video measuring how loud this exhaust is according to the California standards, Donut Media has a vid explaining the procedures and you could use your phone to measure the decibels. Also would this exhaust annoy neighbors?
This is a long overdue reply but the exhaust is not super loud unless it’s a cold start while idling it’s has a tone you can hear really well and you can definitely hear the car coming down the block it’s not obnoxiously loud like a straight pipe mustang it’s just the right tone I don’t get bothered about it being loud but I know things are different in California but it’s easy to swap back to stock if you do find yourself in trouble with law enforcement it’s only 4 bolts 2 on each side very easy swap

I just installed the same set up but I took out the resonators

a lot of websites claim that axle backs only go for coupes . Do you think it’ll still work for sedans too?
Yes just make sure when you search it up to add your car on eBay that way when you click on the product it will tell you if it’ll fit or not.

Do you have the measurement of the axle back? i want to know of it can fit in a checked in baggage on a plane. How is the drone so far?
