I usually make your cilantro lime chicken in the air fryer. It’s my absolute favorite! I just marinated some chicken last night using the Peruvian Chicken marinade. Yummmm! Can’t wait to try it out
I love this, I need to eat more chicken and cut back on the red meats so this makes me so happy, definitely going to try for the next month coming up! Thank you so much!
Thanks so much for this! I'm also getting into meal prepping. How do you usually cook the chicken specifically the mojo one and peruvian - do you fry on the stove?
I am definitely going to make the Terayaki marinade and add chopped onions to the mix. I have a question, can I use ground ginger or does it have to be fresh graded ginger. Another marinade that I would love to make is the Peruvian. Thank you for sharing your delicious recipes ❤🤗😋
Can’t wait to finish the leftovers in our fridge so that I can make some of these chicken marinades. Girl, they look and sound delicious! Thank you so much! I really enjoy you and your channel the only thing that I wish you would do every time when you’re making some thing is to tell us how much of each thing you’re putting. Like 3 ounces of orange juice for example, a quarter teaspoon of cumin, etc. and I was looking for the recipes for these five marinades and I haven’t seen them. I’m sure you must have them here somewhere. 🤷♀️
I do actually! if you look in the description box of the video I always have the Ingredient list with measurements broken out so they're easy to follow. 😀 I hope this helps! Can't wait for you to try these marinades!
@chefzeecooks I would love if you did a video like this for fish too! Im not a fish lover but it’s great for your brain and my doc suggested eat it. I need some kinda marinade.
You never stop delivering the most bussin food. Although I'm a decent home cook, I never attempted or experimented with Caribbean food until I got with my fiance, who is Dominican. You've taught me so much starting with mangu and I'm making a grocery list right now for that Cuban Citrus marinade. Thanks so much, chef! 🍗
I wouldn't leave it for no more than 5 days and I would prioritize those that are sitting in acids (lemons, orange juice) first because they can actually toughen the chicken
Yuck! 0% Maple syrup... LOL I'd have to go with the honey or brown sugar... I really like the chili lime. I'm Cuban and my wife is Italian, but lately onion and garlic have been giving her headaches...sob. If anything, we have been coming up with interesting adobos not using either...The Chili Lime is going to have to be my first one to try...
Oh no so sorry to hear about your wife! I had a similar situation with a family member. Try cooking with citrus & vibrant herbs (basil, rosemary, parsely, cilantro) and you won't even notice that garlic and onions are missing from your cuisine. I hope she feels better soon.
Girl I needed this! I kept seasoning my thin chicken breast the same way! I’m so happy you posted these options! + I’m trying to prep !
You're really helping me with these videos Zee! My go-to channel for learning to cook.

I actually used Himalayan salt for my seasoning nutrition wise, my favorite salt I love it.
Can I cut up the chicken and skewer them? How long do I cook it for?

Chef zee can i make these marinades ahead and saved them to a mason jar?
Do you cook these all in the same way?
Thanks for the Tip, Chef Zee
Any time! Thank you for watching!
Is your orange juice sour or just regular orange juice? Also, do you know how to make wasakaka sauce?
Are you able to make some simple freezer meals or even like crockpot meals? I’m due in a few weeks and need to get some meals ready for my leave 😅
Put a slice or 2 of bread in your brown sugar or sugar to soften it back up as you do with cookies to keep them fresh
Aji Amarillo 🧡
Pero no lo usamos para marinar el pollo, lo que sí se usa para eso es ají especial 🙂
@chefzeecooks I would love if you did a video like this for fish too! Im not a fish lover but it’s great for your brain and my doc suggested eat it. I need some kinda marinade.
You can probably use these same marinades for fish! I’ll definitely be trying these.

Can you make a few recipes to make on Fridays since lent started 💕
I definitely have you covered ❤ I've got a few recipes coming out soon! Thanks for watching!!
Is it possible can you do Cream of Rice Cornmeal & Maizena Hot Cereals also Homemade Buttermilk Pancake & Belgian Waffles.
Can these be used for chicken thighs and turkey breasts and thighs
How long would you say each marinaded chicken stays fresh in the fridge?
I wouldn't leave it for no more than 5 days and I would prioritize those that are sitting in acids (lemons, orange juice) first because they can actually toughen the chicken
Can I use chicken thighs instead of the breast?
👍🏾

Hey 👋 👋 👋
Hello!
Can you make this video in Spanish

Because of brown sugar harening, I no longer buy it, I make my own, It is just molasses and white sugar.
My girl is terrible at nothing!
