the market is saturated with quality stocks nowadays with most having exact same features, the choice comes down to price and mostly availability where you dont have to wait 6-12 months!
Lefty like me! Nice to see the stocks are indeed available in LH. And the idea that it's a homogeneous material sounds spot on (no separate fill, frame, chassis, shell, etc.).
That’s beautiful country for sure. Great series of videos on Foundation Stocks getting into my first build and these have me smiling especially that awesome premium black finish. Spent a lot of time on McMillans just looking for something a little different. How’s durability compared to a fiberglass stock?
Talking about grip to trigger distance isn’t very useful when every image shows the stock with no bottom metal or trigger. Can we see a video talking about where the “light” versions of these stocks remove material? Do the “light” version cutouts compromise structural strength or durability in a meaningful way?
Do they have a chart or numbers that show the different measurements from the trigger shoe to the front face of the grip for each stock? Something where I could measure what I currently shoot and find something similar or to know which to choose if I feel uncomfortable with what I have?
John’s a south paw? That’s pretty cool, would be interested to hear from him on considerations for lefties as a business owner in a predominately right handed market.
If you have a medium palma 24” barrel, do you need to go to the Light option to get the balance point to be just in front of the mag well? I usually see these stocks with M24 or MTU contour barrels. (What if you don’t want a super heavy rifle?)
@@Juliang61 65 should be fine. Same compression strength as aluminum and most chassis are 65. I'm fairly sure I always used 65 on my Foundations by default and didn't realize they recommend 55.
Great stocks. All of our PRS shooters in the shop use the Centurion.

Foundation usually ships within a month or two.
I know you're gonna be one of the first to review the new Samson. I cant wait.

I think John Kyle just sold another. That thing is fine 😮
I have a dark distressed Centurion on my Vudoo and love it. 👍🏼
My next stock will be another Foundation!
Awesome...u sold me on the foundation with this video...john kyle is a solid guy
The black is pretty badass, I would have to choose the natural though, That natural color is beautiful!!
Thanks UR + Foundation! I just placed my order for a Natural Centurion for my 737R action.
I have Gen 2 for my 6mm Br and I absolutely love it. The barrel and action fit is perfect. Glad I saved up for this stock! Guys it is worth it!
They look so simple compared to most modern competition chassis, but sometimes simple is better. I would love to try one of these out!
Come to North Texas or Southern Oklahoma and they are everywhere. lol
Gavin has several Foundation stocks at UR, and I love shooting rifles with those stocks!

The very best stocks in the market and the Centurion is my favorite!!!
Love those Foundation stocks!
Nice I'm watching g this video, and cleaning my arc

Will they do custom colors?
I use 42 gr of H110 with a CCI large magnum primer with Hornady case. Test fired 12 rounds and will use it for hunting white tail )
What caliber?
Wish I could afford 1
Not sure if you mentioned it in the video, what was the weight of that full setup?
nice looking rifle. is this only available in a wood stock?
Again it’s not wood-unless you’re referring to the color type
This is micarta, a popular knife handle material.

Any Link to hearing damage and a chassis placed on the jaw bone?
Which muzzle break is this? Area 419?
do you need bedding for this stock ?
No, they CNC cut them perfect for the action and DBM you are using. My impact 737 and Hawkins bottom metal fit perfectly. Best stock I've owned.
Do they ship to europe?
Can Foundation stocks be refinished?
Yes! Google "How to finish Micarta".
Did he say 55 or 65 inch pounds? He mentions it 4 times and I can't discern which one
55
@@gixxerjunky Thanks!!! If I always use 65 with a torque wrench could this be too much, not sure. My choices are 45 or 65 inch pounds

Position: Says Bill, your honor i did not tell miss L., to lie at the deposition. I simply asked her to lie in that position.
Watching this video, I'm dark distressed
