Well 90% of the work is done by the players, the main duty of a manager is to put the best squad avaliable with a suited formations/tactics. if you can't do it you aint a manager, and i see that alot last season we lost much easy matches we were in advanced situation.
The scale is now balance 3 in 6 now its time to prove himself and ourselves as well

We have to understand the importance of stability. Liverpool and city are in a level no team can catch because they are teams based on the coaches they have had for the last 7 years. Tuchel is our man and should be evident to the players that he is the one that can't be changed so they don't let him down.

But, as you know, priority has been to strengthen the back line and replace key positions at the back. We’re almost there. We’re still in the transfer market. The fundamental of the Chelsea team under Tuchel has always been the watertight defensive unit comprising of back 3 flanked by the wingbacks. On the way to the UCL win and phenomenal run in league following season up until injuries to Reece and Chilly, Chelsea were like on a mission, going many games without conceding goals. We saw everything great about the system then. Our games were built on strong defense. So, it is understated how the exits of Rudiger and Christensen is a major hurdle here- this is like a complete reset for how the team was built by Tuchel. So, I understand the few wobbles here and there. But, in Kalidou, and Sterling, hopefully Cucurella, we have able replacements to go again. And since the starting point of this team is always a tight defense, it's frustrating sometimes when the attacking side fails and we have seen lethargic attacking displays costing us big points last season. the major noticable point was the disconnect between the attackers vs the CMs and the defence. I believe that midfield personnel can fix the issue. A quicker ball rotation, movement and transition up the field from our CMs can contribute to a more attacking threat. Hopefully, there will be an improvement there since the defence is on rebuild mode not helped by a panicky Mendy. Season starts tomorrow and can't wait to see our team. Hoping to put behind the horrors of being linked with every damn players. Let's go Chelsea
I was screaming two seasons before to keep hold of Christensen &Rudi when fans were calling for their head. I knew it was due to managers and structure but alas the patience is so low. Now as you rightly say we are gonna struggle without those two. I am now screaming for the patience of our attackers . It takes time. We have done some very good business. Let's hope for the best🤞
I'm a Liverpool, to the core, i admit for a number of years now I've just been all about my club but recently i find myself opening up to football, learning and empathizing with them, appreciating them more, and this guy here, TT, comes across as a likeable fella.

Klopp has better players, suited to his style and has being given time. Tuchel doesn't and has never lost to Klopp from open play since he arrived. Even in 3 matches last season! It took Tuchel just months to win the UCL! It took Klopp years! So what do you guys who just make sweeping conclusions like this without facts smoke???
Another Caveat: Tuchel has a Better winning percentage for Dortmund that Klopp and Klopp had classier players!
All TT needs is time and support and watch the beast of a coach he will become!
I love klopp and I'm a chelsea man..tbh klopp is favorite character and coach but what tuchel has done after lampard is insane what a guy..hopefully we have multiple formations done can switch it up..just need our offense to click and finish

As a neutral follower of Chelsea, they always played well last season but sometimes struggled to get results and were victim of individual mistakes in some games. They will be definitely top 4 this season.
The amount of individual mistakes in the big games and against teams who are clinical was ridiculous last season.
I remember I was furious when wolves equalized at 97 minutes last season. I felt players kept letting Tuchel and fans down

This season will be tougher then last season , put man c and pools aside, spurs and ars have upgraded significantly, esp spurs, man u is the dark horse. but i expect them to give top 4 a much better fight then last season.

Tuchel is a great speaker. I can’t even believe that English is not his first language yet he is able to articulate his thoughts as clear as he does. Amazing.
sentence structure is very similar in germany, so it is easier to speak compared to a language like french where you have to actively think about that

The best time to not undermined Chelsea is when they don't look ready. We did it with Lampard hit 👊 the top 4 like every other top club will, won the champions league when we were list expected, got to the champion league final with Avra grant a manager without experience. You guys should be ready for another glory day.
