This is just a plain, lovely, honest documentary. Doutzen is, no doubt, extraordinarily amazing, but I love how Mr Claus completely succeeded on capturing the genuineness of her and the modeling world.
She most certainly did rise to the top (and then some). She is one of my favorite models. She is very down the earth & caring. Plus everthing is trying trying to do to raise awareness for Elephants.
This video series shows the very realistic side of the modeling world. its not just about being thin, beautiful and famous. ITs hard grueling work, you have to be smart and a good business woman too. I like how Douzten tells it how it is.
I think you have to be very, very strong to stay in this business. I mean, this is literally a business where you get judged by your looks 24/7. I don't know anyone sane person that would remain that way after entering modeling industry. So all kudos to you Doutzen if you haven't lost it already!
She is very interesting. I am so big on Victoria Secret models ad when I saw her I knew I had to look her up. This documentary makes me like her even more!

This was more than 10 years ago, she was just at the beginning of her career and she was already a quite known model. Look at her now she is one of the greatest that there have ever been, a living legend, a truly icon. It’s so funny to see the boy at the front of the door who can barely pronounce her name, if that boy had met her today, he would have recognised her in a second

It also means "competition". When you see another top model come into the room, you know you now have to share the spotlight - you may even lose it. That is why some models claim it is a lonely business because it's hard to make true friends when you are always competing against each other. But, I think there may be some true friendships out there - heck even romances.

I would admit the mistake if I made one, us muslims value the name of god in arabic more than in any other language and in arabic as u may or may not know, there are no capital cases... thus... a simple letter won't do a thing it is your actions, your words, not the fact that the word letter g in God is not capital..and if that offend you though it shouldn't, then here you go "God".
I find it sad that people have to go through so much, make so much money and god has given them all this, yet at the end of the day they do not worship him. There is a reason every single one of us will die and no onedoubts the fact that they will taste death. what's the point of making so much money, showing off your body naked for nothing.. to at the end die. I hope she believes in god the one and only.
The other day she fell through the ice. Was she more concerned about something happening to her face..or drowning? Then again that must've been cold water, and her face would've turned blue.
God's majesty isn't in the making an english letter capital which is something most languages do not have. God's masjesty is in his creation, in how complex the human body is, how the eye works, emroylogy, the sunrise, the sunset, in animals.. in the entire universe... a capital letter won't add nor decrease from his majesty...
