My Mom, may she rest in peace, loved this to the day she passed..it was sung at her funeral.. This is...sublime..that violin at the end... I miss my Mom so much, just wish once i could say she raised me up...and now I am lost without her..
My best friend of almost 50yrs has been admitted to the hospital for lung cancer. I started a prayer chain on my FB page and I added this song by the one true Maestro. May it give him strength every time someone on the prayer chain hears it. A beautiful song.

That's the hardest thing about aging, not how we look, but those we won't see again until my time comes to join them in heaven. 😢🤨🧐😀😇

I clicked for another song to play, but instead this one began to play. I almost stopped the video to go find the other song, but then I noticed it was one of my Mom’s favorite songs by one of her favorite musicians! Yesterday was her Angel Day. I left her flowers and played some songs for her. I almost played this one by another artist, but decided to wait on it for some reason. I was up all night, and am still up, and this song just appeared! I know my Mom was letting me know she received her Angel Day gifts, love, and blessings. In this video were her pale orange dahlia flowers, her groomed gardens and funny topiaries. She loved all topiaries and I know she has a giant duck topiary in Heaven! It would be just like her… Now I can sleep knowing she still receives our love and hears our hearts. Thank you for this beautiful song and video! God bless!

PS: I just watched the video again. I cried so much I didn’t see all of it the first time. My Mother’s family line traces into Bavaria, Germany, and on into Tyrol, Austria when it was all once Prussia. Seeing the castle in Germany let me know our special relative and more are also there with her enjoying Heaven. They say butterflies, red birds, feathers, and a song can be messages from our loved ones in Heaven. I believe musicians come so close to touching Heaven themselves as their music floats up into Paradise that when the notes come back to earth for us to hear there are messages tied to their songs from our loved ones on the other side. Thank you for being one of those who touched Heaven with your music.

God wanted me to see him, because the next day he gave another concert, and one of his musicians (Ruud) had a massive heart attack and died. It was a great shock for everyone. Andre had to cancel all concerts then, in UK. He will back in UK this March. By the way, are you maltese?

My very thoughts. I hope they are grooming someone to pick up the torch, but I'm afraid a man like that only comes along every 5000 years or so. I'm not a religious man, but when I hear Mr. Rieu's music... it's a real struggle. What that guy has done for humanity is beyond measure. I selfishly hope I die before he does; otherwise I will have to die twice.
