I love that you’re actually trying to do something fun - but I think you need to modify your expectations a little bit - because you’re trying to achieve a traditional counter-steer drift which I don’t think is possible im afraid.
However, you should be able to get a full 4 wheel drift going if you manage to keep the haldex locked and completely turn off the ESP. These kind of drift’s require little to no countersteer though, and are achieved with a good weight transfer by flicking or hard trail braking.
The sound of the exhaust is very nice and sporty? from where is this ?

Probably esp is braking the outer wheels.
Yeah there is no real way to fully disable ESP in the MK2, and Quattro constantly tries to adjust grip to the front when the rears slip so it just bites upfront causing under steer

@ThatGuyTyy only why you're do it is to buy heldex control. But you will still need front wheels to lose traction so the rear wheels kick in
