- Today I installed a pair of Sypder Led Taillights for the King Ranch. Ran into some broken wiring but did a proper repair and got everything working.

Do you need to install resistors for hyper flash or these good to go right out of the box? Thanks for posting, great vid.
Nah these were good to go right out the box and still good to this day
Previous owner/installer probably had tapped into the wires with "scotch-locks" for trailer lights.

@@Sam_Stew I've seen many times. Avoid Scotch-Locks for any future installs. They fail and do more damage than anything.
I’m thinking about picking a set of these up soon when I get a f150, are these worth it?
I would say that they are, I haven’t been disappointed one bit with them and love the look. They’re also super bright

Do you have to have daytime running lights already on you truck bc mines and xl and doesn’t have daytime running lights

Good question, and I have had no issues whatsoever with water or anything getting in!
How have the taillights held up?
Still going good, nothing wrong so far
Can I keep the original orange light bulb on it?
No you can’t
Did they stop working in like 6 months later
Nah they’ve been solid for past 18 months
How do you like them ?
I like them a lot, they look really good and have good lighting

$431.00 for taillights seems like a bit a rape involved.

@@Sam_Stew Have they leaked or had led's burn out ? also how long have you had them installed? The price may be worth it if they last...I just read a bunch of reviews on amazon from other manufacturers with customers complaining badly about leaks and led;s burning out.
@@Sam_Stew actually just seem these same lights on amazon for $290 reviews are decent but only 4 reviews total.
@@A.C.71 nah I’ve had no issues with them, they’ve been on for a year now and nothing, I accidentally chipped one with a metal pipe but it’s like double layered so nothings Getting in so they’re pretty good in my opinion
@@A.C.71 yeah if they’re the same thing and not knock offs then they’re definitely worth it
