Yeah and the fact he wouldn’t leave even when told to by the lady. Like they thought he was a creep. Kinda thinking maybe the phone was just a made up excuse backed up by his friends and he just WAS a creeper. Coz weird as hell who would think they could get a phone from a river that a friend lost, like where was his friend? Something is way off with the phone story, dude lied about them having weapons so could have just been a creeper sneaking away from his friends to hassle young boys.
@@GuitarbarellaI don't know if you know this but suspicion of a crime does not justify murder.
Yes but just because he isn’t saying anything to them doesn’t mean you start pushing and hitting him
Taunting someone to some extent should be a crime too. Being ganged up always forces you to defend yourself and not all of us can think straight at that point
Then u can think straight in jail for 20yrs. Lots of time to think
I’m always amazed at how the individual/s that instigate situations and poor outcomes are never seen for who they are and all the bs that they create and will likely continue to “create”. If folk think and see doing stuff like this as having a “good time”. Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeew!
No it shouldn't, a smart person wouldn't do something like that but it's disgusting to imply that you should get leeway for murder if someone is taunting you. It obviously wasn't the smartest survival choice but it's appalling to see people try and defend this mans actions against a CHILD
Well, both sides learned a very hard lesson.

what an unnecessary loss of lives
These kids are rowdy, bored and was looking to collectively get off on taking advantage of who they perceived to be a weirdo. What group of teens will pan their attention away from what they were doing to find interest, fault and humor in taunting and making a mockery of an adult that they do not fancy?!? It’s unheard of……….as most teens and young adults don’t have an interest in engaging much less interacting with older individuals (unless of course they find them to be cool). Sometimes, you’re better off creating distance and or ignoring individuals that you do not fancy. Believing that there is some kind of “power” in numbers (when it comes to bullying) will likely just blow up in your face.
