Tip for you lappers ! Figure 8 Be patient. When using grit that is
properly matched to the object being
lapped, a typical minimum lapping time
is 20 minutes for fine abrasives and 30
minutes for coarse abrasives. After the
initial lapping session, clean the object
and check the progress. Additional 10
to 15 minute sessions may be needed to
achieve the desired results.
• Use a figure-eight pattern. Regardless of
the object being lapped, optimal results
are achieved when the object is moved
about the lap in a long, slow figure-eight
pattern, as shown in Figure 8. This
technique continuously redistributes
the slurry around the lap, keeping it

My diesel 85 jetta is not starting i got new glow plugs for it , it has diesel running through and into the engine i cleaned my injectors but when i crank it it has oil leaking above the oil filter and the oil light blinks please helppp
you have to have a pop tester and shim kit or all this is for nothing
Is there a different manual for a 85 1.6 na?
Donde conseguiste las nozzle y a que precio?
Injector tester about $80..very necessary as is the shim to set breaking pressure. and knowing pattern is right, and not dribbling. Otherwise what's the point ?
Is the nozzle the same for na and turbo cars?
no and also different for auto or manual, match to engine model
The salt on your skin can ruun an injector
And that thing is a needle valve
