    I look at many printing videos BUT I Study yours. Your detailed instructions are very educational. I wanted to mentioned how helpful it is when you tell the viewer how long you leave the paper on the plate between the pulls. I have enjoyed and learned so much from you. Keep going for us.

    Beautiful depth you attain by putting your collage in the background. Complicated to try to visualize in reverse! You do such a fine job explaining to us your steps and I so appreciate you sharing with us all!

    Hi, Fulton. What kind of paper should I ask for when I go to the art supplies store? Thank you for these tutorials which I just discovered this morning. Wondering if you do in-person workshops.

    • @artwhisperer88
      @artwhisperer88  3 місяці тому

      watercolor paper works just fine, hot press (smooth) or cold press (textured) depending on your taste. I only do UA-cam tutorials.

      @@davidschnetzer2188 big pieces first, then small ones. Always strive for an assymetrical arrangement. Odd numbers seem to work for me.

    • @artwhisperer88
      @artwhisperer88  3 місяці тому

      This is a 12 in. x 14 in. gelli plate, and the watercolor paper is 15 in. x 20 in. Any heavier watercolor paper (88 lb or more) works just fine.

    ❤ Thank you! This gave me so many ideas. I worked with tissue paper years ago with young students. Are you concerned about tissue paper…if it’s archival or fade resistant? (I have some that “bleeds” when wet… that may not work). Is the black with white scribbles black tissue paper? I love your work!
