- Now after downloading and installing the accessories addon, it is possible to apply Archicad Profile-manager - profiles as panels in front of walls - connected to the walls and it will cut out openings correctly even later in editing wall-openings.

Thank you so much Hemio! I tried it out in AC 25, and now I can easily model sidings wich I've usually done with individual beams and boolean obj. for every single opening.This saves time and keeps the size of model down.

Hi! Thank you for sharing this amazing tool and your tutorial. Let me ask if there is any way to make the pattern start from a different end of the wall? For example, once you apply the pattern to the wall, it always starts to be built from the left end of the wall. What do I do if I need it to be snapped to the right end, so I had a pattern's parameters to the left side of its starting point? Apparently, mirroring and an object's own settings do not work in this case.
Thank you for the tool, how do you proposes its used on wall with a sloping top?.. SEO does not seem to have any affect.

Werry exited about this tool. But Ive been tying to use this in AC24, but I can only get it to work partly on one side of the building. It places the profile inside the wall most of the time. Hmm.

Hallo Heimo. AC 26, eigenes Profil im PM erstellt (Stehfalz). Problem: die Fenster und Türen werden nicht ausgeschnitten. Ich habe verschiedene Wandtypen, verschiedene lage der Referenzlinien, verschiedene Fenstertypen ausprobiert aber es ist immer das Selbe. Einmal hat es geklappt und die Fenster wurden richtig ausgeschnitten - ich weiß nur nicht warum, wieso weshalb es dieses einmal funktionierte und dann nicht mehr. Wo liegt mein Fehler? Danke

This old object - in these days, I didn't know much about the Addon. Workaround: Just draw the source-Wall from the other side - not from right to left, but from left to right. Then apply my object - this should help fast. But I will have to code it from scratch new, I think.
Hello Heimo ! These objects are great. I have tested the file you provided and I they update fast and I found them very useful. Do you plan to release it soon as a free (or paid) object?
Hello, this tool is great!! for me must have. I have small problem. It would not work on some sides of wall. For example it only works on north and west elevation. The other only inside building. Any ideas?

It does not seem to be a problem with the Windows-Version. It seems to be a problem with the language-Version or the localization-country-version of Your Archicad. Here in Austria it works on both windows and Mac. More, I can't help you. Sorry for this. Thanks for the health-question. All's safe here, but in Austria now the government is closing down all alternatives to the mandatory Covid-vaccineation step by step - which I personally see as a foundational injury of my good health so far.. Did You download the Edu-File from my dropbox? Did You trie it? To get the look for a brickwall - maybe it would be better to draw it exactly with morphs and subtract it by SEO, because of the much better control of the exact structure and measures. ..

the extra accessories options in the design extras menu are not visible for me. i can only see truss maker. i use AC25
Did you download and install the "goodie"-addons from Graphisoft? Without this and without the additional load of the addon-Library it won't appear or work. graphisoft.com/us/downloads/goodies

@@MooslechnerH Hello again. I tried again several times recently and adding the accessories commands manually works. thank you for your responses! I just wanted to add this here in case someone faces the same problem.
( Work Environment > Command Layout Schemes > Menus, change the List to All Commands by Theme, look at 17-Add-Ons, the commands for the add-ons are here, you can then add them to your Work Environment.)

If You installed the goodies AND loaded my dropboxfile - it should work like in the Video. In my dropboxfile, there is a Library included with this GDL-Part which accesses to the goodie - wall
@@MooslechnerH I have downloaded the dropbox file but I can`t open it. Maybe because it`s a backup file but when i try to load it it shuts down right away and sends a bug report.
@@yavormindalov2877 I tried it now on my brand-new Macbook M1 on Archicad24 EduAut and it does it all as intended. Will Test it tomorrow on a windows-Computer.
@@MooslechnerH Thank you for the quick replies. I hope that I am missing something but when I try to open the dropbox file or load it into an already open archicad project Archicad instantly crashesh and sends a bug report.

Open the Archicad-File within Archicad - it switches To Edu-mode of course (You pre-Installed the Addon from Graphisoft). Then - mark the GDL-Library-part in the Project and then-"library and Objects" - "open Object" - "save as (external file)" - and You can use it in any other Non-Edu-Project after loading the gel-file as Library-part..

i testet it in 26 - works fine. Did You follow the description above? My dropbox-Link - You should rename the*.bpn to *.pln - but others made it by themself..
@@MooslechnerH sorry, there was a mistake in a word. I meant it works well with all walls, but doesn't work with a wall that made via profile manager (complex profile wall)

@@MooslechnerH yes, installed Goddies, I have library (three files: Wand_Paneelfugen und Trapezblech für Zubehör-Addon Wand_Paneelfugen für Zubehör-Addon Wand_Paneelfugen A für Zubehör-Addon ) . The other issue - what should I do with this file: Fassadenpaneel-Teilungen 8.pln ?

Did You download my Dropbox-Edu-File also? The needed library parts are embedded there. You can extract the Library parts form there for commercial use. Just open the librarypart and save it extern. Then You could add this part to other pla-files.
