My biggest tip for improving mechanically would be to first master car control (recoveries, wave dashes in all directions, air rolling/aerial control etc) then once these are good enough ball control becomes much easier to learn (air dribbles, flip resets, dribbling and flicks etc)
At least that's what happened for me, in August 2021 I discovered the right technique to air rolling and from there mechanics become much easier to learn
But what happened in august? Like it just clicked for u and I just don’t understand. I also started when the game became free, but I’m no where near as good mechanically
@@18.joseph78 pretty much everything in my newest air roll tutorial. I also tried binding air roll to a different key so I could press all of wasd because before I couldn't press A while holding q for air roll left. Not pressing A was very limiting, then I managed to learn to press A as well as Q and that's pretty much it.
Bro but do you think fps contribute in these?
Because I don't get constant 60fps and screen has lot of issues

Btw i heard many pro players telling that a guy who played lot in low fps moved to high fps moniter then they will easily rank up

Amazing progress, btw I have a question... Do you have keyboard aerial safety enabled in controls?
no I turned that off as it was pretty limiting
The game is fixed with inline algorithms, the main source of this fix is based on the algorithms which determine your playability whilst online, using the conventions of CSTS (Continuous Sim Time Scaling) and STS (Sim Time Scaling) which determine, and predict key presses within the game. They say this is to control the network latency but in fact, the control of key inputs and registry of these inputs are solely in the discretion of the server and its algorithm. This why only a small percentage of players ever reach SSL and majority of players hang between the Plat, Diamond ranges. The game has been specifically designs to only allow a certain percentage of players to become SSL, Grand Champion, etc keep the majority within the middle tiers for extra income and Hugh revenue profits. Now, nobody would play the game, if all players reach SSL, this is their strategy and this why, you lose games and your rank changes dramatically, unless you're a select few within the Top Tier, of GC3 or SSL.

I started playing rl since 2021 april, and I found your channel when I was like diamond 2 and wanted to learn airrolling. I watched ur airroll tutorial several times and couldn't do it . That was like "wtf how are u doing it. The muscle memory, it's impossible i'll never learn it." . I received notification from your channel and I came back and as I saw in the outro of ur video u are champ 2 now. I am now champion 3 and I can airroll consistently. Weird asf. I wanted to quit RL several times and I multitple had a break from this game and I would never expect that I will have higher rank than you. I want to thank you for the tutorials and I wish u all best !

im playing this game since beta and idk man i used shift for air roll form the beginning and now i dont even get why directional air roll on q and e are so much better its same for me, also cant use air roll on q and e coz im stuck with shift
you have any training packs that helped you improve your car control? and do you recommend default air roll binds? I switched them to my mouse side buttons.
binds should be specific for you, default worked for me after l experimented with both so I stuck with it. for car control just zoom around in free play or a ringsmap ringsmap DMC 2 is good nice and simple rings and you can also have a large space when u spawn in

pretty good to be champ 2 at 1k hrs. Learning directional air roll could get you even further but is a even steeper learning curve and is mechanically challenging. Its more beneficial to keep directional air roll on defaults but its easier to use and learn by moving them to side mouse buttons instead while losing a slight bit of mechanics or increased timing error. However, it is unnecessary to learn to reach higher ranks.

i have a 1000 hours on KBM and stuck at plat 3 - dia 1, i think this game not for me, but this only one game i love ( sorry for bad English, not my first language )

Ive been playing for 3 months 4 hours a day and im only plat 3 any tips.
My recoveries and rotations are good but i still keep losing to stupid goals
reduce the number of hours bc after a certain amount of time you'll become mentally drained so it's not actually helping you improve, you'll learn from the stupid goals over a while of experience, you can learn not to commit for certain things by watching some other people's gameplay

Oh yeah you DID start in f2P i forgot! Man its been too long since FRC hahaha. Though I will say 1k hrs in 2 years is impressive. I'm at almost 6 years now and I only have like 1.6k hrs 😂
yeaa lockdown definitely helped but how do ppl have over 10k hours when the games only been out like 8 years
