I hate the agressive comments that are made to Trinny. Leave her alone. She is bubbly and really entertaining and keeping us all going in lockdown. Thank you Trinny.
The ability to not just immediately dismiss criticism as an absurdity, but to ask oneself whether it is not perhaps justified, is a necessary basis for good character, for social intelligence.
Try the spoon exercise, really works..place the tip of a teaspoon handle between your lips try lifting the spoon up with you lips do it for 50 reps X 3. Works brilliantly to tighten jowls
I tried cool sculpting on my neck and it was a total waste of money. I’m seeing better results with neck yoga exercises daily then the thousands spent on cool sculpting.
I'm telling you what....you two are so fun to listen to. Thanks for the information and the smiles. So cheered me up during this stressful time we are having here in the US. Hope your time in the UK lockdown goes quickly and you can return to doing the things you enjoy doing outside your homes. Take care ladies-Kathy
Trinny I would love to hear/see a follow-up from Julia about how that new 'under the skin' laser treatment she mentioned works out for her - sounds fascinating!
The AEIOU definitely works! I noticed a difference in my jowels very quickly doing each vowel about 40 times per day. Then I forgot about doing it🙄 and it's starting to droop again😭😭 Need to get back into the routine again
Hi Trinny...I love your videos...maybe you can do a video on lower puffy eyes ...possibly without having surgery. thank you for all that you have taught us - much love.
Apart from taking this complete Vlog to my hairdresser (and I don’t think that’d go down too well!) I’ll just have to move to USA! You are amazing - what a fantastic styling lesson - if only we all had a Justin in our local salon 😊
We need info please on where we can look up practitioners in Australia 🇦🇺, Canada 🇨🇦, USA 🇺🇸, and Mexico 🇲🇽. Ones rated by their patients rather than ones who recommend themselves.
Fantastic video as always Trinny🙌🏻 Really interested in the threads🙋🏼♀️ Also gonna try your daily massage an vowel routine too asI can imagine this releases tension as well as lmao at the same time🤣🤣 You really do look absolutely fantastic😍💞 xx
Ive always had a small receeding chin,so Ive always had a profile where my neck and chin merge. Hate it. I have an underbite and nerve damage in one jaw from an operation on a completely different area. I think the anaesthatist knocked my jaw out,so limited with exercises I can do.
Underbite? There is overjet which is the amount the upper front teeth project (on the horizontal plane) over the lower front teeth and “normal” is 2-4mm. The other term is overbite which is the vertical overlap of top teeth over lower teeth and 1/3rd is “normal” here. If you have a receding chin then the ideal solution is surgical and that is almost always done along with orthodontics to ensure the teeth “fit” together after.
@@pheart2381 Ah, ok so what you have is technically called an “increased overjet” and this is very often associated with a small or receding lower jaw. It was often thought that this was a very attractive feature in a woman and many great beauties had this feature so don’t be too hard on yourself. Full correction requires quite major surgery and orthodontics but maybe (as Alice mentioned) a lower facelift might sort it out sufficiently to avoid that.
@@maelilmc4079 Thanks for taking the time to explain my problem for me. Ive had my jaw and teeth looked at over the years but never heard the term overjet. Noone bothered to explain what was going on with my jaw thoroughly,so thanks for that. I think getting it corrected would be a major procedure as you said.
I love Trinny. I saw no problem at all. It's a great interview. Sometimes Skype or zoom sessions can have sound issues so they can't always hear each other. Don't know why people are so critical. It's free information they're giving us. 🌺
@@aquamarine_nz2296 I love Trinny too, but no one is perfect, everyone can improve their presentation skills. There's nasty criticism and constructive, I feel this was the latter.

How were the threads? I can't see how that pulling up of the skin doesn't leave a, bunch of wrinkly skin. I use the Nira skin laser for my eye area and it really works 🙏
Idea for future video: how to dress for a climate that you don't actually like living in. Example: I live in the tropics but cannot stand summer/beach clothes 🤣😔🤞🌴💛
Trinny, I agree about SPF which is a basis but today stress is probably a higher ageing factor that sun damage (use SPF when using the computer by the way, blue light is terrible). So stress management is a great anti-ageing tool :) And for Yoga practitioner, inversion pose is great as well. It reverses the gravity effect ;)
Good God people are taking advice from a woman who has had so much work done on her face she is almost unrecognisable. If these things were so effected why did she had so much surgery!

there you go! Good for you. Some of these exercises are also good for reducing TMG, teeth grinding at night, and even snoring.

I love your guest but please let them talk MORE ! I love you Trinny but you talk a lot.
Love, love, love this so much! Thank you so much for all of this effort put into it, informing us with what works! 🙏🏽😘
You got Doctor Sebagh so well! He’s mellowed over the years and his English has improved enormously. I love him too :)
Trinny, great video. However, one thing bothered me. Could you please let the guest finish her talking, then you continue your turn. Thanks.

Perfect topic strategy for today! Thank you!
You’re hilarious 😂 but that really helps us to remember AEIOU - with the bonus of a perfect jawline 😊
I laughed out loud Trinny...”like pushing out a poo.” I plan on doing the AEIOU this week as well. 💕

What about NOT fast fashion, but empoyee and environment friendly stuff? - For a change.

I wish I could afford all of this, but unfortunately I can't. Makes me feel depressed especially when I look in the mirror.
