Probably the only use you could get from her battery is on a quick kscope user if you do not have it mlb to start before plugging in both skadi's to do the rest. She plays a bit like a f2p version of helena in terms of support
Meanwhile her Caster incarnation's extra attack seems to have been thought up by a Big O fan. Whoever is designing her has anime tastes I can agree with.
As far as gameplay goes she won’t be that useful to me. But it’s cool that she is more geared towards players who don’t have all the big supports. With that said, it’s loli Da Vinci with a gun. I would have used her if she was Chacha tier.

Taking a support castoria I can three turn most stuff aside from super high end pretty consistently usually. She's definitely not something I need on NA, but she's something I'm glad exists
She could work decently with Emiya. Assuming you have him and made his third skill evolve into it's final form. He basically benefits from all 3 buffs really well. But yeah, mostly newer account helper.

Can the event be accessed by early game players? Because if so then how does to story change? Da Vinci-chan hasn't shown up yet in early game and the current Director of Chaldea hadn't arrived yet either, so how does the story play out in that case?

If you have access to the event, you unlock a temporary copy near the start of the story. Once you complete the event story, she should become permanent.

It's actually a nice heads up with the one and done event, I work full-time so I tend to get behind on events.
