My Pit Bull spool stand arrives this week, spools are installed and I can't wait to use it. Thanks STG for making us aware of the best choices for lifting our road bikes. You guys rock.
I’ve had my rear pit bull stand for at least 22 years and the front stand for about half that time. They both are still in great shape and are used after every ride.
I bought the front tree stand on your recommendation and its perfect. I recently bought a different brand one and i just threw it in the trash when i got the pitbull.
Had my factory perfect ZX-6R fall off a junk stand this weekend and scratch up a £1000 swing arm. I'm "super pissed". Especially pissed that I already knew about and wanted a Pit Bull. Immediately started saving for a full set of Pit Bulls.
Hi, I need some advice please. 500 lb bike, 170 lb person. No front chock, no extra leverage from bike being up high on stand. Bike is on the ground (of course). Trouble snugging up to spools because bike is on angle on side stand. It's a 2 person job for me, was hoping to do it myself like the videos show. Not happening. Even with me holding bike steady, my 200 lb friend struggled somewhat to push the stand down. What am I doing wrong? Using the hybrid with spools.
If you are using the forward handle stand with spools I would take a look at the height adjustment. Make sure it is on it's lowest setting as this will reduce the lifting effort. Based on your comment it is not clear to me which stand you are using. You can also shoot me an email to service@sportbiketrackgear.com and I will help get you sorted out. - Van
That is a great option as the longer handle will get you more leverage. Being able to remove the handle gets it out of the way when you are working on the bike. - Van
I’m confused about buying a pit bull front stand for my 2021 R1. I think the bike comes with stock abs and i want the forklift stand not the triple tree one. Is that possible
You will need to purchase the Pit Bull Front Stand ABS Friendly Hybrid Swivel with the stand. Here is a link to that on our site: www.sportbiketrackgear.com/pit-bull-front-stand-abs-friendly-hybrid-swivel/ - Van
The bike is more stable on the Pit Bull and they literally last forever. Why waste $50 on something you would need to replace when you can invest a little more in a product you will never need to replace? - Van
Charlie used to work in space station programs. I've seen his work He quit that about 15-20 years ago and started his own brand " Pitbull " You can accept nothing less than precisely engineered great quality products from pitbull i guess !!
We installed the Attack Performance SBK Lifters on the R1 previous to this video. With this stand you can use Spooled, Standard (non spooled), SS (Std and Spooled combo) or GP. - Van
Dude... why are you such a FRAUD? show people the truth, when the bike is on the ground and you got nobody helping you, its on an angle sitting on the its stand. YOU CAN'T FIT THE STAND now because one end is lower then the ohter. You need a second person, OR you take a LEAP OF FAITH with ONE HAND and tilt the bike to the middle hoping to God you won't push too far and dropit, and WITH THE OTHER HAND you try and locate the stand in its place and hope you don't drop the bike being held with one hand while you do all this. Why aren't you honest and tell people THAT.
You clearly have no idea what you are talking about. We use these stands at the race track with MotoAmerica, in the shop as well as the track days we attend. People who do not know what they are talking about should not leave comments. - Van

Unique Inertia is it fast ?

What a great video! Thank you so much. I bought 2 Pit Bull stands and could not be happier.
Thanks for watching. Pit Bull makes some of the very best products in our industry. -Van
The guy who gave a thumbs down must be triggered because he uses shitty Harbor Freight stands. PIT BULL for life!
Buyers remorse for sure man! - Brian Van
T Rex are pretty heavy duty.

Pit Bull is the industry leader for a reason. Enjoy your new stand. - Van
Amen, Brian..
It's Pitbull stands for my 2016 ZX14R SE. , NOTHING ELSE. !
Unmatched quality and workmanship made with Pride in the United States of America man! - Brian Van

So crazy you guys just posted this because I've been looking possible options for a rear stand for my R3 that I am restoring. Good videos
This is the best option when you are stand shopping IMO. - Brian Van
There are so many models. I don't know which one is good for my 2018 R6
Completely agree 👍
Thank you for watching! - Van

Hi again. I'm using the rearward facing stand with the extended handle
What do you think?
That is a great option as the longer handle will get you more leverage. Being able to remove the handle gets it out of the way when you are working on the bike. - Van
Hi Van. But am I doing something wrong? Even my neighbor had trouble lifting it
And spools...
Does anyone know why it's so difficult to push the handle to the ground?
My new bike doesn't have a spot for spools. Not happy about that. There is zero reason modern swingarms shouldn't have spools, IMO.
IMO every bike would benefit from having a set of spools installed. - Van

@@sportbiketrackgear thanks man I’ll order it from you guys next week
Owner of Pitbull designed parts for the International Space Station, definately has an attention to detail and quality.

Why are these above the rest? I get that their standards are high but what makes them better than the rest and buying a $50 stand once every 2 years?

@@sportbiketrackgear yeah I get that, just $400CAD for a rear bike stand isn’t a cheap amount. You could go on a mini vacation for $800.
Shame we can’t get them in the UK…. Or can we?
We can ship internationally but these stands are very expensive to ship outside of the US due to their size and weight. - Van

Great video, thank you.
why does the bike have sbk lifters and spools?

If you got a junk bike; buy a junk stand.
Same goes for cheaping out on a helmet.
We are 100% on the same page. - Van
