  • Denoising lets you render for less time (or less passes) by cleaning up noise that remains in the image. In this video, we'll go through all the denoising options in Corona so you can choose the one that is right for you!

    This guy doing the voiceover on this video is far better than the guy you usually have in your tutorial videos. He has a pleasant voice, is concise, and uses a decent microphone setup. Hope you will ask him to do your next videos.

      I kindly disagree Danny, the other guy is just fine as well.

      Of course! As you'll have seen, we are aiming for one a week as we go through the Physical Material in depth, so those will be super regular for a while. And we have much more planned for the near and far future too ;) Thanks! Tom

    I'm honestly more interested in the lighting of your scene. I mean look at that sun light on the wall!! How can you achieve such a beautiful effect?! Also please someone explain how the indirect lighting bouncing of the right wall has created such sharp shadows on the green table on the left?! Amazing

    Whats the best way to render Animation video

    • @ChaosCorona
      @ChaosCorona  Рік тому

      There is a not a whole lot special about animations really, you ideally want to set your UHD Cache / 4k cache to the animation mode and as far as the output goes just output a sequence of images (EXR, PNG, Tiffs etc.) which you then put together in your video editing software of choice.
      If you have more questions we'd strongly encourage you to start a topic on our forums (forum.corona-renderer.com/) as that's the best place for long winded answers and debates. Nejc

    Good tutorial thanks, however I struggling with render, if I put render in que, render does not contain Lightmix for
    (unassigned), it is also not possible to import values from unassigneed to scene, I need it especialy for illumination materials which I can not put in LightMix light selection multipass. I am in big trap

    Very confusing the Picture Viewer with the Corona menu, it doesn't make sense to have this menu if it will bring Corona VFB on another window. Besides that, why PV keep storing Corona renders, I just want VFB taking control of my renders. Also, why does the Interactive render window not resize the image to match the resized frame. It seems to work on 3DS Max. Last one, those zoom buttons are really bad, they act more like scale sizing. We can only double up or down the image size.

      Hello! Feedback such as this has to go to the developers, who can't monitor UA-cam comments. Please repost over on the forums, under Feature Requests is probably best, where they will see it :) forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php?board=38.0 is the place. As a note, there has to be interoperability with the Picture Viewer, in part because some C4D users continue to use it as it is the default window for renders in C4D and that's what they are used to, and in part because of functionality such as Team Render which can only send it's output to the PV, so you will always find the PV showing and storing renders from the VFB. Should cause no inconvenience though, simply don't open it and just work in the VFB :) Thanks! Tom

    denoise doesn't work, what should I do? :(

    • @ChaosCorona
      @ChaosCorona  5 місяців тому

      Sorry to hear you are having trouble with denoising. For a solution, you would need to open a ticket at support.chaos.com/requests/new so that it reaches the support team. We'd also need a lot more information when you open that ticket: which version of Corona, which version of C4D, and what you mean by denoising not working - is this denoising for Interactive or final render? Which denoiser, NVIDIA, Intel, or Corona? Is it not showing as an option? Is it selectable as an option, but makes no difference to the image? Is it giving an error message of some kind? That way we will fully understand the issue you are facing and be able to help. Thanks! Tom
