    Great video, Jack. When performing these exercises should we be feeling/working through the discomfort in the tendon? 37yo/M/Athletic

      Thank you! So what we're really looking for is how the tendon responds immediately (is there an improvement in the pain/discomfort level following the sets?) and even more so 24 hours later (are the symptoms improved?) There may be some discomfort during but if it's increasing from discomfort to pain then you might have to scale it back to a more manageable exercise for where you're currently at.
