Love your content dude, I'll admit when i first watched a video I found your energy too much (I'm british) but after watching a few videos you come across as such a hard working genuine guy and really motivational. As a 39 year old male I'll never get to where you are but watching really helps me stay motivated especially when you look 100% better physique wise being natty that all of the guys out there on PEDS. I did something like this with chest this week, i did 40 sets, it was 4 hours, yes when you finish you have no pump and you feel damaged, but one week later you are stronger than ever, it works but if you train like that 5 days a week your tendons will die with your entire nervous system, i reccomend it once in a while, if you eat enough to make it worth of course
I might do this Sat with my upper body workout

Your body needs rest days to recover I made the same mistake you won’t make progress you don’t build muscle in the gym you build it outside the gym when you’re resting that’s when your body recovers the muscle recovery is when it gets bigger and stronger during the workout your breaking it down if you don’t rest you may get weaker

U can if u work all of ur muscles, my full upper body workout is 2h30 min long, same as full lower body, if I combined the 2 in the same day would be 5h, and I could do some more volume, but this is not recommended
Bigger by the day was one of my favorite series ever I still watch the time to time

When you talk about people who inspired you, you are one of those people to me. In my opinion, I would put you in the same level as Arnold Schwarzenegger and David Goggins.
When you see videos of Arnold Schwarzenegger and David Goggins it always wants to make you go out and run, our work out. There is something that's different about you that makes me want to run even farther distances than I ever have and work out way more. And people do not appreciate a natural athlete as much as they should and your prep series really showed what your mind can accomplish. " Mind over Matter". Everything doesn't always have to be steroids and short cuts. You also bring the fun and enjoyable aspect of your videos that I think makes the perfect ratio of motivation and entertainment.

Most protien I ever had was 3 shakes of 2 scoops within 30 minutes. I also feel that towards the beginning of my workout I'm the most pumped and then at the end I feel less pumped then I was. Not like it goes away completely, but it definitely peaks after a certain amount of sets
I believe this is true. Towards the end of my workout I look more flat and lose my pump. Natural:(
