I feel that I am called to Islam and I have learned lots about it but I don’t know where to begin. I wasn’t raised with religion but my mom is Protestant and my dad is athiest. I don’t have access to a Muslim community because I live in rural Oklahoma and I’m only a teenager. I really appreciate Muslim content creators but I don’t know what to do!
Asalamualaikum. The fact that you feel 'called" made me think of this concept we have called the 'fitra'. Its to do with how everyone is born believing in 1 God and when they come across Islam it aligns with their hearts. Alot of people often think that they need to learn everything about Islam before they can become Muslims, but this is wrong. If you believe God is one and that he sent Adam, Abraham, Moses, Jesus(and all the other prophets) and finally Mohammed ﷺ then you're already Muslim you just need to declare it. If not and you any questions feel free to ask me below!:)
There is loads to learn about Islam which I as a teenager also hasn't learnt yet. The most important part is accepting it and the rest flows with God's help.

Few tips:
1)Take it slowly in steps
2)I hate to say it but there are certain groups within our community looking to misguide people don't associate with any group. It's very very very rare but just a heads up
3) There are alot of useful resources for reverts on a website by the name of 'iera'. I believe they give certain things for free but you do have to pay for delivery. I got a prayer Mat from there and it teaches you how to pray step by step with the prayer written in English on the prayer mat. It's really useful I recommend it!
Other than that InshaAllah it goes well
He already has one foot into Islam, may Allah bless him and guide him and open his heart to Islam.
