The Quran says Jesus is the “word” of Allah. Also Surah 4:171 states a “word” from Allah. John 1-in the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word is God. John 1:14- The word became flesh and dwelt among us. God spoke his “word” into existence so we can see who he truly is as humanity is very closed minded and need “proof”for everything. Who’s to say God can’t speak his word into existence and make it alive? God can do all things beyond our comprehension. We’re not meant to understand him 100%. We are limited as humans

Christianity is paganism. Believing that God sent a spirit to impregnate Mary (pbuh) is no different to believing that Zeus impregnated a woman who then gave birth to Apollo, a demi God. Whereas the God of Islam doesn't go around impregnating women.
