Joe are you in a bladed boxing stance here or is it ok to fight bladed in mma?
I am pretty sure it's not as important being squared in mma as kickboxing/muay thai etc because leg kicks are less of a threat cause of takedowns
These are good tips, but they will only go so far. If you’re a striker going into MMA you have to learn some form of grappling. It would be like being a boxer entering a kick boxing tournament.
