If you have acid in your belly,you will not feel sleepy. Then put a handker chief drenched in your water on your belly. The heat of belly will be calm and you will go into deep slip. I do this daily.
Wake up morning before seven am,never take sleep at daytime, try to go bed ten to ten thirty pm at night and tell yourself that i try to solve all my tension again from morning and also no thinking on anything, if not succeed try to think image or word of God.
Insomnia is getting common, especially in student's due to increased syllabus, studies, work and this is automatically creating stress and there are tones of other things going in mind. Heacteach jobs, studies, overload works and targets leads to insomnia. We cannot control it. In order to control it people should come out of this 24 7 working race. If this will be there then insomnia will increase unstoppable.

Aap bol toh rahe ho ki we need good and big 8 hrs sleep. But bataye bho toh sahi ke itne problems and busy world mein kaise hum itna dhyan de apni sleep par.
Nind aane ke liye mujhe Amity plane private plane 10 mg ka roj khana padta hai aur sath mein gabapentin tab hi nind aati hai nahin to jis din bhi dava nahin khati to nind nahin aati hai
