I just subscribed to you. I made this sauce the other night for lobster cakes and then used the leftover sauce on swordfish. This was an amazing dinner due to this sauce. I have made your ranch dressing, remoulade sauce and tartar sauce, and it is delicious. I will have to admit that I had to re-make my ranch and Remoulade sauce because I threw the first batches away, it seems my taste buds don't like EZ sweets. Again, I am ecstatic that I found your Channel!
